On most of my jeans, the part inbetween my legs is like wearing away from where my legs rub together. How can i stop this from happening in my other pairs of jeans? Besides walking differently.

the person below me is wrong. i had a pair that were a size up and they ended up haveing a hole where they rubbed together. it's because our thighs touch. i guess you could use scotch guard or some kind of spray that protects clothing.

o0k so like im 15 and i still play with barbies! haha i know i know lol but now im sorta embarrased about it becauseof this: me and this girl isabella were best friends whenwe were really little but then afterwords we sortof drifted. well then she told a lot of people about my babrbies and polly pockets and bratz and then now pretty much the whole school knows. what should i do....help?!

just let it blow over...i'm sure theres lot of other people that play with them still. i know people in their 30s that like hello kitty and stuff. if they ask you you can be like uhm yeah i collect them. it's not a big deal. anything else, just let me know.

k so i just went to american eagle and got this cute marroon overshirt with a kinda hood. and for the first day i wanna wear that with a white lacy undershirt and jeans with white flip flops. do you think this would be ok?
and i live in florida and its been really hot latley, so do you think anyone will wear jeans or should i wear shorts? i really dont like wearing shorts because i dont like my legs and you cant go wrong with jeans =D

i think that works great. i'm a big fan of wearing something you are comfortable in so jeans are perfect. you could wear capris too but i personally like jeans better. that's along te lines of what i'll wear on the first day.

I have been dating my girlfriend for two years in October. She is the most amazing girl i have ever met and about 7 months ago i gave her a promise ring and i know she is the girl i want to spend the rest of my life with. Sometimes we get into little fights and blow them way out of proportion. About a month ago we had one of these fights and she wouldn't come to a party with me that night. At that party, i got pretty drunk and slept with a girl from another school. I didn't tell her about it and everything seemed like it was fine until this girl i slept with showed up at my baseball game and just so happens to sit down next to my girl friend and her best friend without knowing it was them. They start talking and pretty soon Becca, the girl from the party, has to go so she asks my girl friend if she could give me a ring back that i had left at her house (the promise rings we gave each other) of course my girlfriend gets curious why this girl has my ring and so she asks becca about it and she told her the whole thing. After the game my girlfriend brought the ring up to me and said that my "little friend Becca" thought i would want it back and asked her to give it to me. I was totallly shocked and had no idea even what to say. She broke it off right then and there. I need to find some way to make it up to her. She is the love of my life and i totally regret what i did but she won't even talk to me which is really awkward since i am at her house all the time since her brothers are my best friends and her dad is my football coach. How can i get her back?

-write her a letter and explain things to her
-break off all communication with becca
-don't talk to other girls
-send her flowers
-give her a picture of you guys with a message on the back

-try to become friends again & win back her trust
-make promises you can keep
-don't bring up sex... not gonna happen for a long time
-show you are truly sorry
-talk to her brothers about it... like what she wants and stuff and if she misses you at all.

One drink meaning the exact amount for each type of alcohol... highly doubt it.

ok well I'm about to move in a school with a uniform and this girl told me to roll up my skirt or else..yeah.

I don't want to look slutty or anything but you know, there's always a good way of dresing, and then there's a BETTER way of dressing. I just want to fit in a little with the girls and not be so..nooby with the clothing thing.

How high is the skirt supposed to reach to? and when you roll it, do you roll it outwards or inwards?

If you don't understand what I'm going through, think of it as the girl in the Grudge 2, only if i remember how she did it I wouldn't be asking this question.

It depends how long the skirt is and how long it's supposed to be.
when i had a uniform skirt, it came to my calf but you were supposed to hem it so it was 3inches off the knee.
i would unzip and roll once outwards so it was flat but i don't recommend it.
if you can, buy your skirt a bigger size then zip & button it and roll outwards 2 times.
if its wayyy to long, have it hemmed... don't roll a lot or it will look like you have a huge stomach/you're trying too hard.
ps, most places suggest you wear shorts underneath..like soffees.

ok my parents are way too over protective!!

but anyway, they put parental controls on the tv and blocked MTV and VH1, even though im going in to highschool now!!

is this unreasonable? and does anyone else's parents do this??

i really wanna know so i can stop being so mad about it and stop feeling so annoyed about my parents cause its really getting on my last nerve lol.

My parents did this also until halfway through my sophomore year of highschool because my brother turned 13. [by that time i was 16]. I know it's reallllyyy annoying but just learn to deal with it. I got into other things... i stopped watching tv & got on my computer all the time. watch TNN or lifetime.. they have a lot of stuff on there to watch. if you want info on popular shows on those channels, go on the websites so you know whats going on. MTV repeats shows alllll the time so really, you're not missing much. there are other things on tv and online, i promise. hang in there!

Ok, so the school i go to has a bathroom with stall doors that big spaces where the hinges are and people can see through them at you. Obviously when they built them, they just made the doors like that. But anyways, me and all my friends are really self concious about that. What should we do?

you could:
1. carry a purse and hang it up while you go to cover at least where people could glance over and see you.
2. go to the bathroom with a friend during lunch and have her stand in front of the door.
3. go when no one else goes.
4. go in a bathroom that's never really in use.

Ok a girl someday needs to shave her legs or wax them and now is the appropreate time.

My sister knows it, I know it, her friends know it, and she wants to but she's scared of the pain.

I joked once about how we could take her to a medical place where they drug her asleep and then we wax/shave her legs and she says its a great idea but i said that she'll die from getting drugged every other week!

Also people cut themselves by accident (but it never happens to me) and she's scared of that too!

Can anyone think of something I can say to motavate her?

you could have a hair removal party... fill the tub with water and get all kinds of soap/shaving cream and razors [venus is great]. an experienced person should go then you could help the one girl that needs to shave... go really slow and show her its painless as long as she's careful. you'll all be fuzz-free and she'll realize there's nothing to worry about. you could have ice cream after.
she could use nair if needed but that gives people rashes sometimes so i wouldnt recommend it.
things to say: your legs will be soo smooth! you'll love it. .. or have her feel yours.

drink tonnsss of water! i've heard green tea works too [but i don't think anyone has actually proven it]. pee a lot and work out like crazyyy.

okay in the town where i live, all the cheerleaders have these little wooden signs in their yards that say [school name] cheerleader. well i just made cheerleading and my parents wont let me put my sign out because they think its "tacky." and actually, i dont really like it either, cuz i feel like its kind of bragging. but the other girls have been asking me why i dont have my sign out, and i don't know what to say. i dont want to insult them by saying my parents think its tacky. so what should i say?

hmm that is pretty tacky...
if they ask, tell them your parents don't want random people driving by to stalk you. thaat's what my parents would say about a big sign with my name in my front lawn.

What is a good way to practice spanish? Like, I know the basic words and things like that, but how can I learn how to speak it? For example, someone had suggested watching spanish soap operas.

watching soap operas is always good but another thing you could try is watching your favorite movies in spanish.. most dvd can be seen in spanish. if you want, put in english subtitles so you don't get way too bored. if you have any native speakers in your area, talk to them in spanish every chance you get. they LOVE that... especially the older people. if you need anything else, let me know.
