weed- HELP
okay. so i have a physical on tuesday, tomorrow. and i smoked pot on friday and saturday day nights. and i have know effing clue waht to do. cause they will like make me pee in a cup right? oh btw im 14 and a girl. im not a pothead. it was only my second and third time.. but neways please help i have no clue what to do. my friend is telling me to drink bleach cause it\'ll clear my system but im scared! pleaseeeeeeeeee please please help :[
but im not going to drink bleach cause thats poisen and i dont want to die. my other friend said to drink tons of water and cranberry juice? will that help? i hope i have been. please if you have any ideas for me that will help clear all this stuff out of meeeeeeeee! please help :/

You don't say what your physical is for. The only
physical I would worry about is one for employment.
If its a school thing they aren't going to test you.
If its a personal health thing, they won't test you.
It is expensive and not done unless it is asked for.
If you are paying for the physical yourself (or parents are) you don't need to worry. Unless your
parents suspect something and ask, it won't be done.
Never drink bleach! And you can drink the other things but contrary to popular belief, it won't work. And even if it did, as Alin says, they aren't stupid. :)

drink tonnsss of water! i've heard green tea works too [but i don't think anyone has actually proven it]. pee a lot and work out like crazyyy.
as long as you do that, you'll be fine. you're not a serious toker so it should be outta your system pretty quickly. <3

cranberry juice and water will flush out your system quickly. it may not take away all traces of marijuana. in some people, niacin tablets will mask the pot traces in urine. they're completely legal and easy to obtain from any health food store. however, if this was your first time (or your first time smoking in a while) you may be in the clear already. just in case, eating poppy seeds gives a similar result in a drug test to smoking marijuana.

Loading up on water before a urine drug test might dilute drugs and metabolites just enough to put them below the cutoff levels
But w.e you do DO NOT DRINK BLEACH!! this could put you in the hospital with severe pain or possibly death

Under no circumstances drink bleach unless you want to die. As the first columnist stated, drinking fluids will make you go to the bathroom, removing some traces of pot, but again, it will seem suspicious.
Physicals do not necessarily have to make you urinate to test. The last time I went, they only checked my height, weight, eye sight, and gave me shots for an update.
Don't smoke pot! It's bad for you.

well if you like coffie make like four pots drink it all hold you pee in then when you cant hold it any longer co pee the coffie will go strait threw you and get it all out trust me i went threw the same thing.

To my knowledge there isnt much you can do to get rid of the traces of pot once its in your system. It usually stays there for weeks.
The water idea is intended to dilute your urine so that the THC (the active ingredient in pot) is less apparent. Problem is that other things will also be diluted, and the testers will know what you have done.
Are you sure that they will be testing for this substance in your physical though? It seems a bit odd to me that they would do this.
