You get kanker sores sometimes when you are under alot of stress or if you eat foods like chocolate strawberries. Menstratiun can also be a cause, but it is most likely a food allergie. To get rid of canker sores you can put baking soda on it, Grapefruit seed extract,Hydrogen poroxide,Salt,or salt water.

You save battery by keeping it on hold it doesnt completley stop it from going down but it makes it go down slower and the best thing you could do is while you are listing to a song put it on hold and that wont waste battery's either.

I start lacrosse in the fall. My school has pre-season practices which I hear are pure hell. Running 3-5 miles every day, not to mention a 14 mile run one day of the practices in the week is something that will be difficult for me. Hearing this is so discouraging. I love lacrosse but I can't run 5 miles! The heat and running really get to me quickly. Any advice would be appreciated. (link)

If you really want to play lacrosse then do it some tips to help you. Bring lots of water and drink before and after you run because you dont want to dehydrate. Stretch before you run so you wont get tired and pass out. Also you could practice running run a mile a day until lacrosse starts and by the time lacrosse comes you will be able to run.

uhh i think im falling for my best friend again and im scared. i dont want to like him in this way because we are such great friends and i dont want either of us to get hurt. [i got hurt so much the last time i liked him] hes in school and we dont go to the same one anymore but i still see him occasionally and we talk daily. i love the guy to death and if anyone did anything to hurt him id kick their ass. ok well hes bi, he told me, which im totally cool with. but like i dont know i think that im falling for him and i havent seen him in over a month but i will thursday and im so scared that i like him. he has a tendecy of flirting with me in particular so i can never tell if he likes me. hes always told me that he only likes me as a friend but then again hes never seen me in a bathing suit lol. i need help. please someone help me out here. i dont know what to do and im pretty sure he doesnt like me. what could have changed in all this time? I acctually know how you feel, but the best thing you could ever do is talk to him and see if he feels the same way. If you dont you might never know what could of been.
Feelings change over time we really cant control it, but i really think you should give it a shot and see what happens from there.

You do not use bleach that is very dangerous!
What you can do is this go to a drug store and pick up a teeth whitening kit or you could talke to your dentist about whitening your teeth

Before you shave cut a bit off with scissors but be careful and then shave upwards toward yourself to get a close shave with out the prickliness. Or you could get the wax if you want to be really good

Ok what you could do is take the two front part of your bangs but they have to be small pieces not big and braid those and then put them behind your head and seal with a clip

I acctually do know one. Facebook and it is like myspace but it is kinda diffrent because there is no layouts but you can still comment pictures and friends , but there is also better things about it like that you can draw grafitti to someone and send them crazy pictures that you make one the site. I think you should check it out you wont be sorry =)

Hey i'm 14/f.
I'm really open with everyone around me and I hate how my BestFriend can't tell me anything.She likes/loves some 17 year old boy.I'm not saying thats a bad thing but she isn't aloud too/her parents won't let her.I like how she found someone,but they say i love you to one another.It's only been alittle over a week since they meet.I hate it when a guy breaks her heart.Then she won't eat and i feel sorry for her.But I can't tell her he will;because she won't listen.I mean he's out of high school and wants to see the world.Is he really going to stay with her?She's going behind her parents back;I mean yeah i do that too.But she's the kind of girl that would go really far with a guy if he wanted to.I don't want her to get hurt.
