You get kanker sores sometimes when you are under alot of stress or if you eat foods like chocolate strawberries. Menstratiun can also be a cause, but it is most likely a food allergie. To get rid of canker sores you can put baking soda on it, Grapefruit seed extract,Hydrogen poroxide,Salt,or salt water.

You can find any type of canker sore medications at stores such as local grocery stores, Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, Eckard, etc. Just ask an employee for the correct aisle to look in.

if you go to walgreens down the medicine isle they have a bunch of medications for those... they're not to expensive either.. I've used them before.. I think the brand is Dr.Scholl's! hope that helps =)
