I really want to lose weight. And I try to eat healthy things but it just makes me more hungry. So I end up cheating my diet. I have tried eating crushed ice and gum to keep my mouth busy but they didn't work. What can I do?? Also what healthy foods can i snack on besides fruit and vegetables??
What are some easy things I can do to burn a lot of calories and burn the fat on my stomache in a short period of time like maybe 15 minutes?? ( I dont have a lot of fat just a little toning up would make me feel better about myself) i have already tried sit-ups.
Also how can I burn the fat off of my hips and thighs??any easy, short workouts.

ok well im also over weight so thats a plus (ha ha) and ther is beef,and chicken broth that has 10 cal. in every serving and it has 2 servings in a can. and another plus is it gets you full quick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yum!

This new guy just started going to my school, and he's in a few of my friend's classes. from what they tell me, he's really cute, nice, and not arrogant like all the guys in my school. I really want to at least meet him, but i can't think of a way to start a conversation. I saw a dress on tv the other day. It was a black dress, about knee length. From the top of the bust to the bottom of the dress, it was solid black, and then from the top of the bust, up the shoulders, and the sleeves(short sleeves) were sheer black fabric that you could see through. Then the sheer fabric has jewels all over it. Where can i get a dress like this? The color doesnt matter, but i want the sheer fabric with jewels at the top.

okay i asked a question a while ago about how to tell my best guy friend that i liked him and i got some advice (thanks!) and it turned out that we hung out one night and all our feelings came out. we started dating, but it only lasted about a week. he broke up with me saying he wasnt toally over his ex and he didnt want to get more serious if he wasnt totally over the past. which i totally got and i was okay with and were still friends. he also said "sometime i want to get back together, i really do like you" well, im completely crazy about him and i cant get over him, even though we didnt go out very long. i dont know if i should be moving on or waiting..everytime i ask him what he thinks will happen in the future he said "i dont know, im confused" any advice to make this easier would help..sorry its so long! Alright, so this summer I spent it with my family that I haven't seen in 8 years since we all live so far apart. My cousin in my age and I was totally attracted to him and it felt that he was to me as well. I mean yeah it's weird.. no doubt but I couldn't help it. He's stunning. It kind of seemed like we flirted and all but nothing happened and I would never allow that. Now, I miss him like crazy and it just makes me sad because I probablly won't see him in another couple of years.

no you can alwys feel that way with someone. just try calling him tell him you want to hang out the next time you see him. go to the movies become good friends and the feelings will stop.

So I have like no friends right no for some reason. All of my friends made their own little cliques and I'm NOT in them. Whenever I try talking to them, they'll be like hi what's up and won't talk anymore! Ugh. I ask them to hang out but they are always with their new clique. Until school starts, I can really only talk to them online so what can I say online to start a conversation and work my way up to asking them to hang out?? I don't have a lot of memories with them because I'm so quiet and don't talk a lot. I need advice for talking more and how to start a good conversation that won't end right away. Thanks. (link)

you could try inviting them to a party. so ask your parents if you could have one you know like a sleepover party. my friends always hang out with each other and what i do is tell them how i felt. they said [oh im sorry you felt that way but thats not how it is] and well i made my own party. and they came and we talked a lot and it was like the whole thing never happend but if they are your real friends they will listen to what you have to say!!

Hey...today is my birthday (16th)..and my parents said i could probably get my belly button pierced for it.
I found a trustworthy place to get it done...but rumor has gone around that theres a new law in Pennsylvania that you have to be 18 (even if you have your parents with you) to get it done. Has anyone else heard this.
Also...if any of you have yours pierced...could you give me any disadvantages of getting it done...? I am active (soccer and basketball)...so will it get infected constantly?

hello my name is chira im 15. i thik the age problem in some places are true but you might want to call and ask before going. and if they wont let you because of your age call and find a place that will. my friend had hers done and the professinal gave her an ointment to put on so it wont get infected. and if you take it out too soon it might heal up and youll have to get it done again. so just leave it in for a few weeks.
