double chin not wanted...

this is kind of a wierd question but i'm not a chubby person i'm fairly skinny and at times i have a double chin and it really bothers me. how can i get rid of it?

well running a mile a day /watching wut u eat wood definatly do it. but to tell you the truth what i find best( i got rid of my double chin in a week) is chewing lotsa guum(preferably sugarless)

ther is this cream from avon thats called night time wrinkle cream for your face and neck rub it on every night and it will stop showing up in your life.
