I agree mostly with the person below me :-) I would wear your hair similar to hers...in low pig tails...make sure to include the cute head band. Dont be affraid to wear pencil skirts, and roll up sweatpants, and also, wear more layered clothing (clothing with cami's and long shirts.) She also usually wears flip flops or sneakers. Have fun!

18/f. There's a kid that really likes me, and I like him too. We have alot in common and get along really well, and we can talk for hours on AIM. But whenever we talk in person, it's like really awkward. There are always awkward silences and it's just weird because we just like talk about the weather and stuff. I think it's just because we're nervous around each other, but now he wants to ask me out and I feel like I shouldn't say yes because you should be comfortable around your boyfriend, right? when you are talking to him, pretend you are on aim (i know its wierd but trust me.) To make things less akward, think ahead of time of some topics you guys can talk about, and break the ice! Go up to him and talk to him. He is being akward, because he does not know if you want to talk with him or not. Good Luck! ps Alot of boys are just really cute and shy :-) its normal, just break the ice once or twice, and they will also start to feel more comfortable!

Okay, so I watched this random movie once probably made in the early 90s because it wasn't that long ago and I don't remember what it was. It had a boy who was in his room reading a book and then he was transported to some random land. There was a mermaid he had to rescue, and when he was in this random underground place with some bad people, the mermaid was drying out or something so he had to save her.

ok i really hope someone can help me find out which movie this is, it starts off with a white girl and a brownish hispanic i think guy have im sex. they are late for a game the guy plays basketball and the girl is a cheerleader. i remember the guy missing a shot on purpose so they can lose the game and he gets played, his room mate a black guy tries to shoot him but the main guy tells him the story of why he did it and that it will be the last time. at the end i remember the guy being drunk and being followed by a cop, hes runnning around through the whole house. i also remember him having sex with a teacher or someone whos at a theater. i know this isnt much info but if u've seen it ull know which movie in=m talking about thanks (link)

So I'm 18/f.
I'm in a long-distance relationship right now, with an amazing guy. He's coming to town for a week on the 14th and I can't wait to see him.
But my mom is being a huge hassle. For one, she's making him stay at a hotel on the other side of town (which is 60 bucks a night.) Plus, she read his blog on his myspace and made him add her as a friend on facebook just so she can "know what this kid's all about". I find myself repeatedly apologizing to him because of her invasion of our relationship (she's always asking me what he meant by blah blah blah or teasing me about what I'll leave him for a comment, etc.) It's getting so annoying. I know she means well, but I feel like I'm under constant supervision.
She's insisting on driving me to the airport to pick him up when he flies in, and she even refuses to wait in the car when I go in to find him. All I want is to say hello to him without her supervision, since I haven't seen him in person since December. How can I convince her to just back off?? Help! I'm desperate. (link)

I got my period for the first time back in November.

its pretty hard to verbally explain it, especially over the internet! but ill tryy :)
anyways, just hold the stick, and cradle it around your face, from ear to ear. forming a "u" shape. the whole time, the inside should be facing you, so to say that you never let the ball get exposed to away from your face (otherwise it can be checked)
make sure your stick it perpendiculra to the ground. hoold your left hand (assuming your right handed), and move it from side to side with you at the waist, while your right hand goes from ear to ear. so they moeve togetherr
it takes a lot of practice to do, and to not to sound cliche, practice DOES make perfect. becuase especially for cradling, you really do need to get used to the hands (oh yea, you kindaa do a "flicking motion" with your wrists. ask your brother about this).

Thank you for you great advise, you wanted to know how it went well.. Today at school in R.S i had to sit opposite her i handed over her present just saying 'here you go' she said 'why are you being so shitty with me' then i ran out of the classroom!! When i got back the present was on my desk so i just left it. I ignored her all lesson as usual she was just being her innnocent self flirting with the boys.. My friend at break asked me what going on she said just some her up in 2 or 3 words i said ungrateful bitch, she then and told her this with was lovely of her!! Because after break she goes sarcasticlly shouting and making a scene whilst walking away from me " ohh im such a ungrateful bitch" In science last lesson she came over to my table and the end of the lesson and just stood there looking at me smiling she said Do you want to talk or something? as she alked of she said probabably not as i am a ungrateful bitch! At the very end of the lesson i walked over to her and she said you've been ignoring me for like a week now, i said that because you've been taking out all of you anger on me, i ave her her present and she thanked me alot. she neve said sorry though :S Shes having a bday gathering tonight with all of out group of friends and im not invited, i thought she would at leaast invite me after we spoke but she didnt.. Im not looking forward to tomorrow as i dont really know what to say to her and shes going to be centre of attention again. I dont think we will ever be as close as we use to be know which is quite upsetting. She is obsessed with me going off with this girl sal who i am very close to thats al she ever says in arguements 'well you were pissing me off because you go off with sal' yet again she twisted it around even in this arguement when she was ion the wrong......... Its okay, I had a really close friend up until about a year ago, we were best friends since kindergarten, so I know how you feel on the whole loosing a friend part. Maybe you and Sal are just better friends than you would ever be with her, and she might have distracted you from that. Next time you have a gathering, I would not blame you if you didnt invite her either. And if I were you, I would just blow off the whole thing, because it sounds like she really just wants to create attention for herself (like you menchoned) the best thing to do (like you said you wanted
:-]) is to not give her the benefit of the doubt, by giving her the attention. It will not hurt to be friendly, but it does not mean you two have to remain the best of friends. It will take some time, but you will get used to it. Just surround yourself with other friends right now, and take your mind off of her. its possible to get engaged under 18. all it takes is a ring, or not even, and then you just say your engaged. that easy.
and you also CAN get maried under 18 years old. your parents have to consent:
