Ok well my friends are gonna get drunk after our grad.
should i go or not?
it's no pressure, they really are my friends. they do drugs sometimes but i'm the baby of the group so thye don't force me or anything and they dont' do it when I'm around.
I never did drugs or drank before.
But i just want one night jsut to feel drunk, you know?

It's honestly your decision-- you seem smart and well-rounded, so one night of experiencing what it's like to be drunk wouldn't be the worst thing. However, you seem to be really unsure, so I wouldn't do anything unless you're sure you want to do it. Just make sure you don't have too much, and be careful :)
Will a pediatrician usually preform a full exam?
during a yearly physical will a pediatrican usually preform a pelvic and or breast exam on a teen?
I have a male doctor and he always did a pelvic/breast exam until the year I turned 13.. I think it really depends on the doctor and what (s)he feels is necessary. Just remember, theyve seen hundreds of breasts and pelvic areas before you, no need to be self concious =]

Grams measure the weight of an object, and meters measure the legnth of an object. Liters measure how much liquid is in an object. You can't convert these things-- it's like trying to convert your height into your weight. Sorry =]
where can i buy uggs online or at a store for under 75 dollars. if you give me a site make sure its a reliable one that is popular not some random one that is probably fake and please no ebay
About a year ago, I was in Marshalls and saw them for $35.00-- they were ankle boots but still Uggs, and I can't imagine the full sized boots being more than $75. So check there-- it might be a while before you find them, but when you do, you can save a LOT of money.

Okay so I'm kind of overweight. I'm not a whale or anything, but I'm big enough to feel really uncomfortable wearing a bathing suit. Today I bought my bathing suit for the summer. I tried it on and I thought it was perfect for me. It's light at the top and it changes to darker shades towards the bottom. The top is a halter and it has a built-in skirt that conceals my less-appealing cures. I thought it look good because it concealed my huge butt while showing off my nice shoulders and neck.
Anyway, I get it home and my mom tells me it's an "old lady bathing suit." I got mad at said, "Well at least I'm not a slut!" Apparently, if it's not a skimpy two piece, it must be an "old lady bathing suit," in her opinion anyway.
What's your opinion on this? Should I get a different suit? I don't want to be laughed at when I go to the beach or to the pool.
One piece bathing suits are perfectly fine, especially like the one you described, with a halter tops and skirt. I know a lot of people who buy skimpy bikinis when it looks terrible on them, just because they want to wear a bikini. Think about this-- would you rather wear a one piece that makes you look really good, or a two piece that makes you look and feel uncomfortable?

Just because you're dating someone doesn't mean theyre not allowed to have any friends of the opposite sex. Is she flirting with him, or honestly just trying to continue their friendship? If it's the latter, you need to stop being so untrusting of your boyfriend. How would you feel if your boyfriend said you were never allowed to hang out with your guy friends anymore? You cant stop him from being friends with girls.
If, however, she's flirting with him, you really just need to trust your boyfriend. Obviously trying to get her to stop talking to him isn't working, so there's really not much else you can do except for trust your boyfriend to not cheat on you, which I doubt will happen.
im doing a study sheet for my earth science final exam.. and all the websites i looked at for these questions use big terms that i dont know and things like that lol(and we dont have our books anymore. the questions that i need to know are what causes moon phases, what causes earth quakes, and earth quake energy waves. kind of in stupid person terms lol.

Moon phases are caused by the revolution of the moon around the earth. While the earth revolves around the sun, the moon is revolving around the earth. This causes you to see different amounts of the moon at different times.
Earth quakes are caused by the movement of tectonic plates. Earth's lithosphere is made up of different plates, which converge (move together) and diverge (move apart). The shifting of the plates cause earthquakes.
Earthquakes let off two different kinds of energy waves-- P-waves and S-waves. P-waves are always faster than S-waves. Also, P-waves can travel through solids, liquids, and gasses, while S-waves can only travel through solids. Do you have the Earth Science Reference Tables? It should show you a chart in the differeneces between arrival times of P and S-waves.

Haha, yeah, it does get really confusing. You need to just figure out what you like; a lot of people have their 'usual' order.
A frap is a cold drink; it's blended with ice so it's more like a smoothie or ice cream than a coffee. Espresso is a hot, strong black coffee.

Take the high road and ignore her. She's obviously just trying to get to you and it's not working. If that doesn't work, you can block her, which will disable her from messaging or commenting you. Go to her profile and click 'block user' in her contact box.
I'm planning to have a girl's night out. When I used to do with my family/cousins.. we would dye our hair and spend the night. But I don't think my friends are allowed to dye their hair or spend the night.

the other day my friend invited me to her party. we are pretty good friends but not the closest. an hour later she told me the party was canceled cause her mom said she couldn't. well in everyone's away message it says "can't wait for sarah's party on saturday" so its obvious shes lying. i dont wanna bring it up to her and sound like a bitch or get her mad at me.. but like how should i bring it up? i really dont know why she'd do that to me. =/ the party is tomorrow night.
Haha, I agree with icey. It would be a really funny idea to put her in that awkward position and see her try and lie her way out of the lie.
Of course, she probably un-invited you for a reason. Maybe you did something to get her mad at you? Or maybe she has a legitimate reason, like her mom said she can only invite a certain amount of people and she wanted to be nice and say that /no one/ was invited.
So really, crashing the party will get you revenge, except she'll be pretty mad and I doubt your friendship will recover. On the other hand, you don't to just pretend that everything's fine and normal when you talk to her, and have her thinking that you still never found out about the party.

No, I don't think he likes her. If he does, he wouldn't be asking you, his girlfriend, about it. He'd ask someone else. Like everyone under me said, I wouldn't make a big deal of it =]
Okay. So, me and a few selected people from my study hall, along with the spanish club are invited to go to Italy on June 28th, 2008 for 10 days.
It's going to cost around $2,000 including airfare, breakfast & dinner, transportation everywhere, and the hotel. (SO really, it's not that bad.)
(My friend and I are both in the study hall and we've actually been planning to go after we were done with High school.)
So, I've talked to my two grandmas, and htey think it's a wonderful oppurtunity. They really want me to do it.
My mom, however, says "she'll think about it" because of..
a) the cost (we don't have much money)
and
b) it's really far away and 10 days is a lot of time.
(She let me go to DC in 8th grade, and I understand that's in the country and it was only for 4 days but..)
And truthfully, my dad is pretty overprotective...
However, this summer, I'm having a job babysitting. I also am making my confirmation tomorrow, my birthday's in October, adn then Christmas...So I should have enough money.
The only thing that makes me 2nd guess this whole thing is, I get homesick pretty easily. (I'm a baby, I know..)
So, I don't want to let my friend down & I really want to go....

It sounds like you really want to go, and it sounds like a good opportunity. Like ygs said, it's a really great experience and you should definitely give it a lot of thought.
You seem guilty about the money, but with babysitting, confirmation, birthday, and Christmas, you should be able to have enough to afford it. In the long run, another $2000 won't matter, but this trip is something you'll have for the rest of your life. You and your friend will have an amazing week and a half, and you'll learn tons.
Obviously it's your choice, but it seems that you really are looking forward to it and I think will have a great time ;D

Are you only sitting with the popular kids at lunch because they're popular? Probably, since you had to mention the fact that they were popular in the question. Stick with your true friends-- clearly you're closer with them, and imagine how you would feel if one of them ditched you to sit with the people they deemed cooler than you? In the end, it's your true friends who you're going to want, and you know that if you abandon them, you're probably going to loose them. Good luck :)
I don't want to brag, I just want to tell the truth. I am thin for my age and height. Every morning, I wake up and go to the bathroom, and my stomach is really sucked in. I like it because I look skinny. Then I eat until it is pushed out to a certain point, then I won't eat for the rest of the day so that my stomach will go back down. I just drink tons of water that just flushes out of my body the next morning, and I eat little things like a box of raisins or a bag of kettle corn, which are only about 100 calories each, so they don't really do anything.
Is this unhealthy or is this normal? Everyone calls me skinny. Half of me says "You are skinny. Don't worry about eating", and the other half says "You are fat and ugly. Look at your stomach. You just ate 2 slices of pizza". I feel guilty after eating large portions.
So is this normal or not, and if it isn't, what advice do you have for me?

I know exactly what you mean. For your age and height, you're certainly not fat, but it's normal to feel how you do. A lot of the time, I'll just think "Okay, I'm skinny, why am I worrying about all these calories?" and other times it's like "Oh god, I can't believe I just ate all that". So don't worry. Barely anyone feels that their body is perfect. As long as you're maintaining your weight healthily-- I mean, no throwing up or starving yourself-- you should be fine. Good luck :)
kay well my new years revolution this year was to learn how to do a slit by the end of the year.
Im pretty flexible but i cat manage to do a split.
are there are easier ways to do a split or to let you thighs MORE flexible without hurting becasue im pretty scared of my legs sticking in one place lol.

You really need to just practice and eventually you'll get better. At the beginning of the year, my "splits" were like 3 feet high and I just couldn't stretch anymore. Now, I'm almost on the ground. If you try and do a split once a day, or even just a few times a week, I guarantee you'll improve a lot. It's like running; the more you do it, the faster and longer distance you'll be able to run. You might just feel really close with your best friend and not want her to get hurt-- like a sisterly bond.
If you think it's something more-- which I really wouldn't know, it's up to you to figure it out-- don't confront her unless you're ready for awkwardness and drama. The same way you wouldn't tell your best guy friend if you had a crush on him.
Just because you have strong feelings for her doesn't make you bi. If you're 13, you're "hormonally unbalanced". Many 13 year olds question their sexuality and probably are confused-- it's normal at this age.
