ok so this girl who goes to my school keeps messaging me on myspace and says mean things and i tell her to leave me alone but she hasn't stopped. and i don't want to tell my mom because she'll think i started this whole thing. what should i do?
xcheerbabex108 answered Friday June 8 2007, 5:44 pm: The answer's simple.
Ignore her; don't even read the messages.
I do it to people all the time.
Or, if you'd be too tempted by that, just BLOCK her. It's always fun doing that too:)
But my point is, it's myspace. And if you respond back, it'll show she's bothering you. And besides, it's the computer. If she has to use the computer & can't say it to your face, obviously she needs to get a life.
Don't bother anyone unless it gets super bad. (Threats, etc)
LiSaxOBaBii answered Friday June 8 2007, 5:44 pm: Deleting your myspace would minimize the problem of if the harassment only occurs online; the problem would be eliminated. I'm a sixteen year old and I understand that myspace is helpful in keeping you connected to your friends, but if you choose to keep your account...you'll find that this site is the source of many negative situations. beckyboo answered Friday June 8 2007, 4:59 pm: Take the high road and ignore her. She's obviously just trying to get to you and it's not working. If that doesn't work, you can block her, which will disable her from messaging or commenting you. Go to her profile and click 'block user' in her contact box. she'll go away.

been there done that.
ASAPcamille answered Friday June 8 2007, 4:56 pm: If you go to her myspace, you can press "block as friend". If it persists, take it to the school counselor, or just tell her to leave you alone in person, or you will call the police for harrassment.
