Rurouni Kenshin is my favorite.I think that it's best described as romance/action/comedy.It has a little bit of everything,the characters are good,the story is enjoyable,and it's a fairly lengthy series.
Other good ones are pretty much any of the Mobile Suit Gundam series'(I prefer the original or Gundam Wing),Hellsing,Trigun,and Cowboy Beebop.

Hours is really stretching it.Besides,people with high tolerance need more of whatever they're using for it to take effect...time isn't really a factor.

To figure out which one you're going to invest in,you have to think about a number of factors.How much are you willing you pay,what kind of games do you enjoy,what are you buying the system for(strictly games or as a multimedia device),how important are graphics,ect.Once you figure that out you'll be able to determine which one you want almost instantly.
As of right now the 360 and PS3 are VERY close in terms of both software and hardware.Both are around the same level as far as graphics and overall power goes,but some games look and play better on one or the other...but that's really hit or miss.The PS3 has claimed to have better hardware with cell processing and Blu-Ray(more or less just Sony's answer to the DVD),but none of the games play or look outstandingly better on the PS3 as of yet.As I said,the software is pretty even right now too.A lot of PS3 exclusives have wound up on the 360,but not so many the other way around.As for the exclusives that have and probably will remain the same:The 360 is more oriented towards driving,shooting,sports and just pure action games.The PS3 just might have more variety since Sony is known for all kinds of games from adventure,action,puzzle,and especially RPGs(you're not going to find many decent ones on the 360)...pretty much the games that are rare on the 360.If you're interested in online-XBox Live wins,no contest.The interface is much more user friendly and it's easier to keep in touch with friends.It's just overall a better experience.If you want to make purchases online,I feel like the Xbox wins in this department as well.Their arcade has classics ranging from Pacman to Mortal Kombat,Paperboy to Doom,and a bunch of fun original games as well that you simply aren't going to find on the PS3.They also have a great selection of movies,but the selection of TV shows is even better.Family Guy,South Park,Robot Chicken,Chappelle's Show...they probably have SOMETHING that you watch available.
Alright,so I compared the 360 and the PS3 because they're very much in the same ballpark.Their aren't any simply outstanding differences between the two,so they're often compared.The Wii,on the other hand,is a completely different experience.The one glaring difference between the Wii and it's competitors is the motion sensing control.Sure,with the PS3 you have motion sensing to some degree-but this is different.The Wii's method of control is intuitive and absurd,but it's still easy enough to the point that anyone that can point a remote at a screen can use it.It's probably hard to grasp,so I'll give an example:In the Legend Of Zelda:Twilight Princess,you control your character with the nunchuck attachment(simply an analog stick and two buttons at the top) while you swing the remote piece to do things like swing your sword and cast a fishing rod.I have yet to play a game in which the controls are truly frustrating to the point where they hinder gameplay,so I would say that the controls are almost almost fun and are easy to execute,but it does take some getting used to.Graphics are nowhere near the other two systems.I would compare they to very high end Gamecube graphics %80 of the time.This isn't to say that they're ugly,because they're far from it.Just don't go into a Wii game expecting graphics on par with Gears Of War.Most of the games aren't intended to be graphic heavy in the first place,so they usually work anyway.In the software department,this takes the cake almost every time.Classic series' like Mario,Zelda,Metroid,everything that you would expect is here or coming in the near future.The games always focus on fun over graphics,and you can't really go wrong with that.Online is kind of dull at the moment,but it's there.Unlike the other systems you have the options to download a browser and serf the web.This works extremely well since the wiimote is just as good as a mouse.Finally,I think downloadable content is best here as well.It lacks all of the TV shows and movies,but the games can't be beat.You can choose from games from the Nintendo,Super Nintendo,Nintendo 64,Sega Genesis,and TurboGrafx-16.All of these systems (possibly excluding the TG16)have extremely strong libraries that are overflowing with classics,and the games are added regularly every week.
Now you should be able to figure out what you want.PS3 and Xbox are more or less multimedia devices with equal game libraries,and they're graphical powerhouses.The Wii is a traditional GAMING machine and the games usually outrun the others in the fun factor,and the controls are an intuitive breath of fresh air from what we've been used too for 20 or so years.

Take the time to ask yourself the same question.Think about why you really do the things you do for her and why you want her to be happy.Picture yourself being with her and think if it's something you'd want.
This might sound stupid,but I'd say that you'd love her especially because of the fact that you're falling for her when you previously thought you were gay(at least I'm guessing you're a guy...).Falling for someone outside of your sexual orientation is a big thing :)

I've never used Bebo,but try Gaia like the person below me said.As a strong word of advice though:DO NOT go into the General Discussion forum right away,especially if your parents are around you.Not only are they rude to new users,but there's always a lot of swearing there and you never know what some of the "trolls" might post (I've seen everything from a woman defecating into her own mouth to a severed head to gay porn...not good).Other than that,all of the other forums are usually clean.
You can also try Neopets.It's pretty fun for younger users.

Well, I'm starting high school for the first time this August, and no, I'm not going to be in ninth grade; I will be a junior. (I was homeschool through middle school and my first two years of high school.) This will all be sooo new to me, and needless to say, I AM FREAKED OUT!!!
First of all, because everyone in my grade has known each other for at least two years, they will all have friends, and the first day of school will probably consist of everyone saying hello to their friends that they hadn't seen for the whole summer. I am scared that I will have a hard time making friends because everyone else already knows each other pretty well.
I don't want to start out school as a loner, because, well, nobody wants to be friends with a loner.
And to make matters worse, there will be this random single day where we will have yearbook pictures, and then the official first day of school will be a few weeks later.
How do I make friends? I don't have a goal to be popular, but it would be nice to have a few friends, especially during the first few weeks of school where life would be the hardest because its such a new environment for me. I'm a little shy so it would be hard (and wierd) for me to just come up to random groups of people and introduce myself. I could never do that. What I prefer is to have people approach me. That would make life perfect =)
Oh, and just a quick important note. One, is that high schoolers always kind of intimidate me. Like they always look so bitchy and mean, and like they will judge you. (I know it's not true, it just seems like it). And second, I'm not some de-socialized, religious, nerdy homeschooler, so I'm not (that) wierd. I'm super nice, mostly quiet, sometimes hyper, smart, not ugly, not drop dead gorgeus, and giggle ALOT.
Any advice on the first day of my junior year? Are all my assumptions true? (about how almost everyone will be in groups on the first day of school, etc). What should I expect?

I was SORT of in the same boat as you.When I got to high school mostly everyone had known eachother through elementary school so I felt pretty left out.Let people know that you're new and they'll understand that you don't have friends there and will more than likely try to help you fit in.When your looking for people to hang out with...just watch people.Pick out people that seem interesting to you and appear as if they share some of your interest.Once you've found a person/group that you like,introduce yourself and start some sort of conversation.A good thing to do is to ask people if you can sit with them at lunch.
All in all,go after people and don't wait for them to come to you.If you're always alone and you make them come to you you'll come off as the weird antisocial kid.As long as you make the first move and make it clear that you're new and you don't know anyone,you should be problem free.

I'm 16, and my parents are either always hounding me on something, or they're always telling me how I'm basically a loser in their eyes.
I've tried countless times, even with my therapist in the room to just let them know that sometimes, I do get angry because they keep up with this. We have tried to work out a compromise, but they last maybe one week.
They never payed attention to me when I was little, and I think they might be trying to make up for it possibly, now that I've grown used to not having anyone there- and I've learned to just handle myself on my own.
I basically need any kind of advice I can get for this situation, as to if its something wrong with me, or what I can do.

There's nothing wrong with you and it isn't your fault that your parents treat you this way.Just flat out tell them that you seriously don't like how they treat you and you're not sure of how much longer you can take it.Make it clear that for once in your life you just want to know what it's like to have loving parents.If worst comes to worst and they remain unaffected...just let it go.Realize that you're better than them and you don't deserve the treatment that they're giving you.I'm not recommending this,but you could move out with parental consent since you're 16.Of course living alone as a 16 year old is difficult,so that should be your last option.
