i have this cousin who is 15 and im 13 and he is so hot and he has been checking me out and i was wondering (we are blood related) what would happen if we made out or worse.

Nothing would happen if you just made out, but if anyone ever found out they probably wouldn't let you live it down; especially your family. If you had sex with him, still nothing would happen. Except once again, no one would ever let you live it down, and almost everyone would call you guys incestuous. Not trying to be mean, but this actually means you are. If you happened to get pregnant, the baby would have many things wrong with it. It could even kill it.
In all honesty, do not do anything with this boy. It would only end in tragedy.

Unless you are in an area where a relationship between cousins is considered illegal, I can see absolutely no reason for not going ahead, if he is willing. Providing, of course, your parents have no objections, (and you do have to consider their feelings due to your ages).
I have to say that in answer to the advice you have already received on this subject, my parents are first cousins and have been married for 51 years now. In no way is it 'icky' and I do not consider myself to be mentally handicapped, quite the reverse, my IQ is above average.
True, if you do go on to reproduce, there is a greater chance of genetic 'flaws' being passed on, but that risk is also there if unrelated people have the same problems in both of their families.
The only problem that I can see is that if the two of you should get together and then break up, it could make family get togethers a little tricky.
You need to think seriously about all these points, maybe talk to your parents and get their take on it, and make your decision based on facts, and the feelings of the people involved.

First of all this is not incest as many people have replied. Incest while can be between blood relatives most professionals don't count cousins. Also are you first cousins? If not then the situation is different. As for all these people going about deformed children well a. you are 13 and I assume not planning on kids in the near future, second the actual risk of genetic deformities while increased is not a definite.
If you just make out nothing is going to happen, I would ask the question though why would you start something like this when you know the outcome will probably end up hurting you? Also you are both right in the middle of the biggest hormonal change in your life, so everything seems alot more attractive then it will in a few years.
I would take some space and think about the not only the pros and cons but about how would you feel about yourself after if anything did happened? I would also maybe talk to someone you really trust about this and have them help you decide whats right.

Two of my cousins were like that once. They were both 17. They were debating doing stuff together, but they both met someone else. There would be many medical things wrong with an innocent child if you got pregnant and it is illegal. I really doubt anything good will come of it. If you feel you really cant find someone else or that you absolutly must do that, then do it, but maybe think about the consiquences first.
