after you get your first period whens the next time you get it? some say 5 months? or will it be one month?i got mine for the first time July 1st and i was just wanted a heads up for when the next time i'll get it

5 months?? Where'd you hear that? I wish! You get it once a month, but the first couple years it'll be irregular. Expect to get it around the first week of August, but like I said it could be off schedule for awhile.

Expect it in one week. I got mine Last year on July 2nd and i got it evreymonth but i got it like started in like the 3d month. Evrey women is diffrent its a weird experience and you will hat ethe hwole period thing and im sure you do already. Expect it. When the time of the month comes for you wear a pad for a while inless you want blod evreywear cause i always get mine when im sleeping and it sucks! GOODLUCK! lol

it depends its different for all people. For me I got it in I think Jan and then I didnt get mine until Juneish, then a couple of my other friends has been getting it regularly. So its different for everyone. I would just suggest bringing a pad/tampon where ever you go just incase! =) I hope I helped! ♥Andie

Periods vary from woman to woman. Some women go straight into the cycle of every month while some go months without having periods. If you're on a typical cycle, you should be due again around July 29th. Don't panic if it doesn't come on time since it takes your body a little time to adjust to the change. If you go more than 3 months without having another period, I would have your parents take you to the doctor for a check-up to rule out an underlying condition.

its irregular for a while. and some girls are irregular all the time. which means they dont no when they r goin to start .. somtimes it could b months or just weeks.

No one knows for sure about when you'll get your next period. Your period is going to be irregular for the next few years so it's going to come and go at different times. You should get your next period about a month after you start but that's not always true, since you could skip a few months.

actually you cant really now when your next period is..when i first got mine i didnt get my second one until 2 months later. so you really dont know.. you wont noe when you will get it for the next 2 years. hope this helps you out.

I'm a guy, but I actually know this one. The cycle occurs every 28 days. Remember it can fluctuate though. As you get older you'll be able to predict when it will start. Most girls I know are able to do that. Hope I helped.

lol i wish it was five months but no. its about a month. but for you, it will be irregular for awhile. it could start earlier than a month, or later. Just be ready for it at any time.

Okay, first of all, you should expect to get it once every month, or once every 28 days from the time the last one stopped. I would reccomend counting it out on the calander just to make things easier on yourself. Keep in mind that it might be irregluar since you just got it, but there's really no rule that says it HAS to come at the beginning, middle, or end of the month. It comes when it's time for it to, which is usually every 28 days.

well it could be even a YEAR! between the first 2 years it will be irregular...or not...but if its regular look where you stopped your last period and count 28 days and it will be around there...i was lucky and mine is regular and has been from the very start! so maybe you will too!

At first your period is always irregular, but it'll get regular over the years. Still, your period will come around once a month. You should get it around the 1st of every month.

expect August, but there is no way to tell. I got mine for the first time last year and my second one came in 2 weeks. If you're going on vacation or something for the first 4 or 5 times, I'd pack some pads in case. Good Luck!
