prude?
this guys keeps calling me prude. i just dont want to waste my first kiss on someone i dont care about. do you think i should just kiss someone and get it over with or just keep waiting for the perfect moment and the perfect guy. i am 14 years old. please help.

A kiss is just a kiss, unless it's with someone you really like. If you wnat to wait for the perfect first kiss, then wait. It's your decision not his, and what he thinks of you shouldn't matter, just tell him to shut up and to leave you alone. If you wana wait for the perfect kiss, you may be waiting a long time, plenty of people come and go before you find the *perfect* guy.

same situation here.. ive liked a guy for 2 years but i havnt gone out with him.. ive dated another kid but i couldnt kiss him or anyone because i wanted the kid i liked to be my first kiss.. and i still do.. i dont know about other people but i want my first kiss to be special with someone i truly like.. its ok to wait for the perfect guy but dont set your standards too high now.. if your comfortable with the kid kiss him :-)

For most people a kiss isn't really that big of a deal. I know the first girl I kissed I couldn't care less about her. But it seems like it is important to you. If you want it to be special wait for the right guy. You shouldn't just kiss someone if you don't even care about them. Wait for the right person. I know that I wish my first kiss wasn't with that girl.

You show that you respect yourself by wanting to wait for the right person, the right time, don't rush. When you find that special someone your wait will be worth it, and they also will be willing to wait. Anyone not willing to wait for you to be ready is not truely intrested in you, but more what they can get from you.
