Hey everyone!
I'm trying to lose a few pounds and maybe an inch off my stomach or just tighten it up. I was just wondering if doing 100 crunches a day, drinking water or flavored water with no calories,carbs etc..and running at least a mile each day will show results within 20 days or so. I would really appreciate any feedback. Thanks guys!

I am 13, I live in The Conroe area in Texas and I am very sexually active. It seems as if all my guy friends preasure me to do it. one thing i wouldnt do is dont stuff cuz then everybody will say something......either buy padded bras or use a water bra they look real! lol! but also i know you said dont say just give it some time but maybe you should cuz im 13 and have lil ones. so i hope i helped.-liz

there is this guy and i like him so much. We used to go out. We went out the whole summer. After we broke up, we havent talked since. We see each other all the time, and he stares at me sometimes, but never talks. We even hang out with the same people at church. The bad thing is, he has a girlfriend.
