Am I on the right track? Hey everyone!
I'm trying to lose a few pounds and maybe an inch off my stomach or just tighten it up. I was just wondering if doing 100 crunches a day, drinking water or flavored water with no calories, carbs etc..and running at least a mile each day will show results within 20 days or so. I would really appreciate any feedback. Thanks guys!

Yes, you are on the right track which will lead to great results! With your "plan" that you've mentioned, is great and it will help you lose a few pounds and inches off of your stomach. Don't forget to eat healthy because that's the important thing when wanting to lose weight.

Your on a great track, that's awesome! Don't forget to eat healthy foods- veggies with low cal dips, tons of fruits, smoothies, health food, baked potato chips instead of the reg type, and veggie sushi is also good! ♥ keep up the great work ]
start out with less crunches a day then work your way up b/c once you build resistance youll have to do a lot more and ull spent a long time doing them. it sounds like a good plan! luck! <3 ]
That's a great start to begin losing some weight. Running is EXTREMELY good for your legs. And crunches are great for your stomach, so that's a pretty good plan. You might want to slowly increase the amount of crunches you do daily if you feel the need to, but don't do too many. On top of what you are planning to do/already doing, you need to watch what you eat. Limit the amount of sugary, fatty, and greasy or oily foods you consume if you don't already. Hope i helped ]
Yeah, I'm sure that will help A LOT!!! Just don't over do it!

Yeah, pretty much sounds like what I do, just make sure to continue to exercise and eat healthy even after you lose the weight, I was in track and am currently in gym, and we ran every day and it really helped tone up my legs and stomach muscles..See what I do is like 50 crunches a day, "try" to eat as healthy as possible which means vegetables, fruits, water, and vitamins, but if you're working out strenuously make sure to consume the adequate amount of carbs, also I usually walk and play basketball or jump on the trampoline. Another thing to do is like when you're watching tv, do crunches and do leg lifts (lay on your side and lft your leg up and down; do about 20 per side)..doing all of this really helps me to keep a balanced weight. So, GOOD LUCK to you! Hope I helped! ]
