help me..
Okay well this guy saw my picture in my advice column and started saying I was fat and shit and I was ugly...and well I don't know what I did to him...now I just feel like dying I wrote him back a message and I freaked out after him but not that badly I didn't swear to much well not like f*** or shit like that and well I just feel like dying man it's not my fault I'm fat god I got far with my life like I play pro junior basket ball for my height and force and now he calls me fat I feel so bad...I'mm putting myself down and I hate it...I wanna die can ne one help me??

Don't put yourself down because some fucking idiot called you fat over the internet. He's probably some old guy with no teeth, two different color eyes, no hair, and ears bigger then his own head. I know it's hard, but you shouldn't let comments like that get to you. Your worth as a person doesn't come from your appearance or what a random, cowardly person on the internet thinks of you. Repeat that to yourself, if you have to. Of course, there is a difference between saying these things and actually believing them. You want to slowly build up your confidence in yourself - concentrate on what you like about yourself, such as your talent at athletics, and hopefully you'll realise that comments about your weight or appearance don't matter, because it's what you think of yourself that matters.

hey why should you care what this guy says. don't let it get you down if you gotten this far why should you care what he says. i have a sister who has a weight disorder and she never lets it get he down because you have to be true to your self. no matter what anyone says your an awesome person. just because one person who you don't know calls you names you are gonna let that effect you. well don't let it. i used to think about killing myself and i figured out i have more to live for then what other people think about me. and just think how said your friends and family would be if you were to kill yourself and what would killing your self achieve nothing. so if you have anymore questions or if you just need a friend to talk to just visit my column. your friend caleb

well if it helps i am overweight also.. ppl call me fat and ugly too.. it does not mean it is true.. do not say you want to die.. things will get better! nd who cares what they say.. it may hurt but its just bcuz they cannot see inner beauty.. its harsh i know but just ignore it.. stick with your friends and if you need to then get counseling.. or you can try to lose some weight.. although i know its very hard ((i have tryed)) .. there will always be ppl in the world who are mean and rude.. just ignore it and go on with your life and live it to the fullest!

Yeah, some people suck. Don't listen to those kind of people, they are unhappy jerks and can only get a shred of happiness by putting people down.
And if this ever happens then tell a level 2 moderator or the sit administrator and that person can get banned from the site for a while. You can find out who is a level two moderator by going to the Moderator FAQ and click on View Moderators... The site administrator is on that page too.
And, this person has been banned. If you ever have another problem like that then go to me, or another level two moderator, or the level three moderator, who is the site administrator.
