Ok im aditioning for a school play and everytime a start to say my lines infront of my teacher i get so nervouse, shaky, and i just freeze and/or forget my lines. Can someone please tell me some ways how to calm myself and someways to remember my lines better? thankyou all very much, i rate good!

okay well today in sports studyhall i was sittin down next to this kid lets call him *CHRIS* well CHRIS and I were talkin n then he was lookin at my cellphone n i have verizon so u can change wut u want it to say n mine use to say lets call me *ASHLEY* and so it use to say ASHLEY loves you and then CHRIS changed it to say ASHLEY IS HOTT and i was lke um k then i had to go get someone from a teachers room and then i came bak n CHRIS goes i put my number in ur phone book i was like umm ok..but the problem is i dont like him and hes been going out w. a friend of mine and she happens to be on my soccer team too and they have been goin out for like a year..so my question is y wud he do that?

I'm 14, almost 15, and I'm a girl. I really like this guy and I thought he liked me too. He hasn't asked me out yet, but I know at one point he liked me because he told me..."I like you a lot but I don't want to go out right now." I've been waiting on him for I think almost a month now, and he's gotten me alone twice, both times he was kind of hinting for a kiss, but I thought I might have imagined it so I decided not to...twice, I kinda just said goodbye or see ya later and walked away. Lately I've been feeling out of the loop. Like, my best friend, she says some really obnoxious things to me sometimes, and they make me feel bad. And I was going to go out with a couple friends, but i guess it didn't work out, and I heard that one of them is still going. It makes me feel better. Me and my best friend hang out a lot but I always feel like my other friends [ mostly guy friends ] like her more. Not to be egotistical, but sometimes I wonder why people don't like me. I mean, I know my bad side, but I'm a lot nicer that a lot of my friends. I've been feeling really empty lately. I don't know what to do to perk myself up and I want to know how to change, for the better, to make myself happier. Also, tomorrow is my friends birthday...

Okay i`ve lived here in *fL* for 15 years..i love it here and my dad has had over 20 jobs in the past 10 years. He wants to move somewhere else like southcarolia...or north carolina..that means i'd have to leave all my friends that have been there for me..my boyfriend that i have the best relationship with..and i also lose my scholorship AND my mom loses her retirement..all for a couple more dollars a month. Okay i am in my EARLY years of teenage years and he`s taking everything that a teenager reallllly needs away to a place where i don`t know ANYONE!...anyone have any suggestions to say to him? =( Plz help!

Ok my ex is stopping me from having a bf...
His friends like me and they wanna go out w/me, but they couldn't do that 2 him. This makes no sense b-c his friends say that he doesn't like me anymore, and we went out in 7th grade so I don't hink he likes me anymore! What should I do b-c I really want a bf right now, but HE kind of is stopping that...my life sux..HELP ME PLEASE! I will rate ya 5...seriously!

Oh mii gosh . ii have no idea what happened, but ii went into mii profile or whatever, and something must be really wrong with this computer because it loaded all messed up and all mii information and stuff just disappeared. :[ And yes, ii always hit submit, ii'm not stupid! okay, last year [my sophomore yr now im a junior], i had A TON of friends in each one of my classes..and i got to be REALLY close with them.like in each class i would have like 1-2 really really close friends who i didnt really hang out with at school outside of that class but in that class we always would talk and sometimes we would hang out on weekands...they would always tell me their boy/fam problems, and i would ALWAYS be there for them and give them adivce..i would even call them after school alot to make sure they were okay.....this year i dont have classes with alota the girls and its like they dont even care about me? theyll walk past me in the hall and smile and say hi but nothing big at all..theyre so unappreciative.. i mean i he...

hey im sorry but this is guna sound SO GROSS but just hear me out and if u can help, plz do hehe:
okay its thursday and Ive been dieting since last sunday..i eat 3 healthy meals a day..breakfast around 7 in the morning, lunch around 12 30 n the afternoon, and an early dinner around 5:00..so its a good diet..but the thing is, in the past 4 days, Ive only gone to the bathroom [number 2] like twice and ive been kinda constipated...is there a problem? sorry i know this is nasty..
