First I'm a girl, 21 years old. My ex and I were together for 3 years his mom and brother died and suddenly he didn't want anything to do with me which was understandable so I gave him his space. But then two months after I heard he was back with his ex. The same ex that he would constantly break up with to go out with me. Anyway, over a week ago he contacts me and I missed him so I replied. About 5 days ago he starts acting distant and I ask why and he said he was thinking of his mom and brother and his best friend starting trying to hook up with his ex, I tried to make him feel better and it worked because he seemed so happy for a day. Im to scared to tell my mum i got my period..

The other day I got my first period, but i'm to scared to tell my step mum? We're kind of close but I don't like really talking to her about that stuff. I sent her a message on her mobile not that long ago saying that I got my period, but she just ignored it :( Someone please tell me what to do because i'm really scared to tell her, seeings she's my 'step' mum.

Hello! I am currently writing my first research paper for History class, but I am worried that I am falling behind. I am really confused... I haven't done much research and I haven't started drafting it yet. I'm really afraid to tell my teachers because I'm afraid that they'll be mad. I have to admit that at first I wasted some time, but that was because I didn't know where to start. Now I'm going back to school tomorrow (today was professional day for me, no school) and I am virtually empty-handed. What should I do???? Thank you in advance.

Hey guys so my friend and I really want to make a youtube channel where we talk about life, sex, beauty, makeup and all that beautiful girl stuff haha. But I just want to know what is necessary to make this work? Like we are so serious about this and we just want as many people to subscribe and actually watch our videos as possible. We are going to combine our ideas to help people out with questions they have about acne,clothes, hair, makeup, sex. Or whatever it is. What inspired us to make this channel was becuase at school we are in a club that helps girls out with those kinds of things. And we really enjoy it. Okay, so im 14. And i started dateing a boy about a month ago. We are so close and we love eachother. But everyone keeps telling me that im too young and i dont know what love is yet. How do I stop being so nervous when I have to present in front of a class?
Every time I have to present something in class I get nervous standing in front of everyone. My knees shake and my voice starts trembling and changing. I had to present yesterday and my knees were shaking in front of everyone and my voice was shaking. It was embarrassing. I know most of my classmates, I don't know why I get nervous. I can't just pretend Im presenting to one person either. Sometimes I get so nervous people Laugh at me. I have to present something again on next tuesday. Now I'm taking a speech class this semester, so I have to talk in front of the class and read sdon'thes and I dont want to be shaking and nervous, so how can I stop my knees and my voice from shaking?

Remove Septate Hymen Yourself

Hello! Well just so you know im one of those girls with a septate hymen. It really worries me. Just like alot of people I noticed it through tampons. I dont really have a hard time getting them in but its hard getting them out. Also im worried because my boyfriend has been talking about "sex". SO im 15/f and i recently asked a question about why and when you should go the gynecologist. After reading a bit more about what goes on there, I DONT WANT TO GO! I know im suppose to but im nervous and extremely scared of going. Any tips on nerves. As well is it possible to ask if i can only have females present. I would never to be able to go through with it if there were males in the room. Is it in a private room? And are my parents, well my mother, in the room?

And I just started having sex, but I want to be more responsible about it so I need to get on birth control.
First off: My mom CANNOT know, at all. I've heard a lot about Planned Parenthood, but I'm unsure of how things work.
1. Do they accept insurance? And if so, what kind?
2. Do they do examinations there, or do they send you to a hospital?
3. Different birth control pills? Which ones should I avoid?
