beauty/life youtube channel

Question Posted Tuesday January 17 2012, 8:23 pm

19 F
Hey guys so my friend and I really want to make a youtube channel where we talk about life, sex, beauty, makeup and all that beautiful girl stuff haha. But I just want to know what is necessary to make this work? Like we are so serious about this and we just want as many people to subscribe and actually watch our videos as possible. We are going to combine our ideas to help people out with questions they have about acne, clothes, hair, makeup, sex. Or whatever it is. What inspired us to make this channel was becuase at school we are in a club that helps girls out with those kinds of things. And we really enjoy it. So we just wanted to a bigger audience. :) so my question is what are some things you think we can add on our channel? Tutorials? Talk about? We have some ideas but just want others. Also what do you think we need to do to make this work? Like any background information? Things we should think about or do. I guess any idea about anything is welcomed! Becuase honestly I don't even know how to work my camera! Haha...kidding ! But anyway,Thankyou so much!

Tutorial videos are good to start with. It can be basic things like tips for healthier hair or how to do a certain make up style, etc. Try to research these things before you talk about it. I can't remember how many tutorials that I've seen where the person thought they knew about it, but they had the wrong information. Try to refrain from telling people to do something or not do something and then tell them that you do the exact opposite (sorry that's kind of confusing, just try not to contradict yourself) because it causes doubt in the viewers. Other than that, all you can do is just make a good video and don't get discouraged if you ever get mean comments. Most of the time, the comments are made by people who are jealous or who are just plain stupid. So just ignore them. Anyways, I hoped this helped and good luck with everything! :)

Hiya, there are various things that you could do. For instance, makeup tutorials very popular at the moment, you could do that for diverse people of colour. You could also try hair tutorials which can be like hair care, how to have healthy hair for diverse types of hair.

you could even do videos based on your own experience.

take care.
