ok here is the thing i met this guy from my BFF...i backed off bc i knew she liked him and i didnt want to let her know i liked him...yet he is 2 months older yet a grade younger so he isnt in the high school with me yet..
im tryin to think of a way to let them both know that i like him with out obvious signals
he seems to flirt or whatever with me...like he will sometimes hug me or hell run from me n make me catch him..idk
i will most likely see him 2morro @ the mall again but im not sure...any ideas on how i can pull this off?
(should i keep my love to myself or no? lol)

Lava Lamp

There was no Funky Light category, so Random Weirdos will work.
About 5 days ago, i bought myself a lava lamp. On the package, it stated that i should let it go for 4-6 hours the first time i use it. I've done that and all, but now everytime i use it, it still takes 40-55 minutes to actually get going with the lava.
My question is, to all of you lava lamp experts, is will the "starting up" time get faster? Is there something i can do to make it go a little faster?

<Sorry for the length of this in advance
So, I'm on my pediatrics rotation at Children's Hospital in Cincinnati. The "team" that I work on in -patient takes care of the Cystic Fibrosis kids. It is absolutely horrible what this disease is, most of the time the kids have to stay in the hospital for 2 weeks to get treatment. So, one of my patients (each med student has to pick up 3-4 patients usually) is a 13 year old girl who this last school year has spent more time in the hospital than at home. She has a lot of "psych" issues in the fact that she doesn't get along with her family, she doesn't trust authority figures etc., and is generally very depressed. hi, sometimes im selfish..okay, im always selfish. for example if i get an awesome necklace/shirt/pants/earrings/cd/anything::when peoeple ask me where i got them from i never want to tell!! i dont want people coping off me a iguess but it happens so much! and even the stuff i make, okay well i made a necklace out of a guitar pick and then everyone did the same things...etc. it makes me mad! also when i do homework im the same way, i hate when poeple copy me! and my friend, she copies my essays and uses like the same things i do and i take a long time thinking of them, just like a simple sentence. im christian and i know i shouldnt be like this, but i dont know why i am! how can i cure my selfishness??! i wanna be a better person, help me please~~~~!!!!!!!

I have a real eating problem, I just eat waayy to much!! I really wanna look good this summer and spring and i really need some idea on how to stay fit, eat better, and mainly trim my legs and stomach.=)

having kids

when i get older im thinking about like adopting 2 kids and having 2 kids, does anyone have any ideas on why this would be a bad idea? i want to adopt because i dont want all my kids to have the same traits as me, but then i wanna have 2 of my own because having a baby that came from you is..good, right? do you think i would favor the kids i created over the ones a adopted?? suggestions, please??! thank you~~~!!!!!!

Hey everyone..I'm 13, 5"4, and 135 lbs. I'm athletic, i'm really into softball and i'm a cheerleader. ALL of my friends try so hard to tell me all the time that i'm not fat. I know I may not be FAT, but i'm most definitely not skinny, or close to it. My stomach sticks out about 3 inches more than i'd like it to. Everything else about me is fine, but my stomach is stopping me from wanting to have a boyfriend, stopping me from being confident, and basically taking over my life because it always causes me to be in a bad mood. I'm not one of those people that want to be deadly skinny. I honestly am overweight, although my BMI is average. I've tried diets but they usually only last about a few weeks, a month tops. I excercise whenever i can...

I complain a LOT. And half the time I do it without meaning to...and it's starting to annoy me, let alone the people around me. Any tips on how I can stop complaining, or at least reduce the amount of complaining I do?
I whinge about all sorts of things, from the weather to homework to the fact that I'm tired/hungry/bored...whatever. It sucks, I feel like I don't have a good word to say about anything any more...I want to be positive again, but how?

There's this really hot senior and I just want to even talk to him since I'm just a shy sophomore. Plus it's not like he's gonna be at my school next year, but I'd like to just get to know him, ya know? Thing is he's kinda unapproachable, like he's really big on hip hop and he's really into the culture. He also DJs a lot and he's pretty cool around the school. I'm tempted to go to one of his hip hop culture club meetings/dj workshops but I know nothing about hip hop! Should I still go? As I said I'm kinda shy so I need to know how to boost my confidence so I can approach him outside of the club and meet other people. Thanks!

Whitney are doing a social studies fair project and we are doing it on Hershey's, like the history and stuff. we have searched the internet sooooo so so much we have been to like every site there is about hersheys!!....does anyone know any good sites or know anywhere that we could buy Hershey's shirts?
Also if you have any tips on how to do better at the social studies fair...thanks in advance Amy

ok there is this guy. We both liked eachother, we used to talk to each other all the time and he used to tell me all the time that he loves me and he wants to spend the rest of his life with me. he said that he wants to be alone with on valentines day. And so i went to my dads house to be alone with him and we were talking in my room and listening to music and sudenly my dad bursts in my room and starts swearing at him to get the fu*k out of his room. i got really upset so i left. And the guy was still talking to my dad and when he came outside by me he came over to me kissed me and said that i need to go talk to my dad because he is going crazy in there. My best guy friend him and I have gone out before and we eventualy broke up but we still had feelings for each other but instead we stayed CLOSE friends he knows everything about me.Well I recently found out he has a gf which i never thought would happen so quick and when i found out i was crushed i began crying i felt terrible.I don't know what to do I'm thinking bout stop talking to him it might help but im not sure pleae help me! thank you either way for just reading.
