This is just like my friend. Anyway, if you dont like him as a friend at all, just go up to him and tell him off!! juss go "You retard, get away from me! I dont like you so leave me alone!!!!!" That usually works for a temporary amount of time. If you have any other problems, feel free to tell me about it.

Well maybe turn around next time he follows you and tell him it kind of makes you fell uncomfortable.. tell him you don't like him like that and he needs to give you your space... but don't be mean to him that could crush him... just tell him off in a nice way. Lots of luck... keep me updated

The next time you catch him following you, turn around and tell him that you don't like him and that you want him to stop following you. Make up a lie, telling him that by doing this, he will never go out with you so he just needs to stop. Telling this guy straight up about how you feel about him following you will definitely make him stop. He will eventually not follow and talk to you anymore, once he finds out that you aren't interested in him. Hope I helped :)
