There's this kid that I used to like named Nick. He is one of those kids who lives to annoy you. In Language Arts my teacher always puts us close and he rides the same bus as me (he lives 2 min away). He's backed dwn on annoying everybody else, but he still annoys me. He's started sitting in the seat in front of me on the bus and talking to me.. but in the kind of "we're in 7th grade and i hate you and you hate me" kind of feud. He runned his fingers through my hair when he was passing by my seat and one of his friends told me that he liked me (a popular girl named sarah that i don't really know). So theres this guy named jack. We go back all the way to the 6th grade where we were joking around and sitting together at lunch and all. He was (and still is) the funniest guys i know. I liked him then, but it wasn't a big crush. Then this year him and i are all talking and being friends (but not as much as last year). Then I get the nerve to tell my friend that I like him. I'm 13 years old, 4 11and a half and weight about 120lbs.. i know i weigh too much and i've decided i want to louse atleast 15 pounds. I bought slim fast the other day and i was wondering if it really works and how fast and idk, anything about it really. Plus, any other tips to help me lous weight would b great. thanx

confused about my course ,BS Nursing

hi, I am a 2nd year student of Nursing and right now I'm really confused if this is really the course for me.
I admit that the reason I shifted to nursing (I already took 2 years of BS Psychology) was because I was attracted to the big bucks awaiting in the states, Canada, etc.
But then, after hearing about how stressful nursing is, after being exposed to some nursing techniques and obligations, and just observing some nurses, I think it is rather a boring and stressful job, something that I don't think I would like to get myself into..
What should I do? I don't think my mom would allow me to shift again and all my relatives are so proud of me because they already think I will be a future nurs...

people at school are starting to say i smell...
i dont understand, i wear deodorant and i wash with soap when im in the shower...i use shampoo and conditioner too so i cant think of what it could be. they have been saying this for a while and i used to think that they said it just to make me feel bad and it is starting to hurt my feelings...what can i do to smell better?

Recently i got a progress report with a lot of negative comments from my teacers like i am unable to be focused in class and that i don't complete my homework on time. That is sort of true. I really need help because i don't know what I'm doing wrong..
I come home, do my homework, sometimes i forget. But i listen to music while i do my homework and I am probaly on the computer more... I really do not know what to do and my parents are making me go to the councelor but i have already been there on Thursaday and i will be called back in on Monday or Tuesday. The councelor was also at a parent teacher confrence this morning but i don't know what he said and i don't want to know.

Okay, lemme give you a little background. I'm 17, and a girl, first off. My boyfriend is 18. We've been together for over 15 months.
In my last relationship, the guy lied to me, and cheated on me, then lied to me about lying to me and cheating on me.
That combined with my mother's constant "He doesn't mean it, words don't mean a thing" kind of spiels involving my boyfriend has made me completely untrusting.

I just downloaded quicktime 6.5 a few days ago and it's been working fine up until today. The video works fine but the audio is skipping a great deal. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it again but it didn't help. Anyone had a similar problem and a way to fix it? Any suggestions would be helpful.
