I'm 13 years old, 4 11and a half and weight about 120lbs.. i know i weigh too much and i've decided i want to louse atleast 15 pounds. I bought slim fast the other day and i was wondering if it really works and how fast and idk, anything about it really. Plus, any other tips to help me lous weight would b great. thanx

you should try exercising at least 10-40 minutes a day........n you should watch wat ya eat.....like don't eat alot of junk food, you could go to the gym n stuff like that too!

Slim fast is okay. To really lose weight and keep it off there are a few things you should do.
Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day three times a week.Walking briskly is a good idea.
You also need to eat right. Breakfast is really the most important meal of the day because it gets your metabolism going.
If you get hungry a lot or tend to eat large meals drink water. Water is good at making you feel a little bit fuller so you'll eat a little bit less.
Just remember that healthy weightloss should be gradual. Don't lose too much too quickly.

Slim Fast does work, but not for everyone, and it will take a while to see results. To lose weight, you need to eat healthy, watch what you eat, and exercise daily. Start drinking lots of water and eat foods with low carbs and calories. Eating 5 small meals, rather than 3 big ones, will help you lose 15 pounds. When you are done eating, do some cardio exercises such as jump roping, running, or jogging to get your heart pumping and then switch off to regular exercises that will tone the areas of your body that you want to tone.
