Exactly that--he's just shy. You've only been going out for two months, you don't know each other that well yet. He's probably never kissed before, or he could be afraid that you do not want him to kiss you. You should let him know that you are fine with it by showing him. If it still makes him uncomfortable, talk to him about it. Make sure he knows that you support him 100%.

i'm a guy and i no wats goin on. this happens usually because he doesn't want to embarras himself or scare you, as in kissing you and you not wanting one. but if he know u wanna kiss him, i think it's all because of how shy he is naturally and hes afraid of being embarrased.

Some guys are different. I think it's good that he's shy about that, you don't want to move too fast on him, the relationship might not work if you move too fast. So just take it slow, and if he wants to kiss you, let him, but don't put any moves on him, maybe he isn't comfortable with it right now.

It's alright for your boyfriend to be shy when it comes to kissing and such. Don't worry, he is just not comfortable with kissing someone, especially you, yet. Just wait until he feels that he is comfortable with kissing you and he won't be shy when it comes to kissing you. All guys are different, some aren't shy and some are when it comes to kissing.
