my hair is real thick.. and if i let it air dry it becomes frizzy and wavy. when i blow dry it, it has to be straightened too to look decent.. does anyone know any ways for my hair to stay straighter and smoother?

Hey I do track and My ankels and Knees hurt really bad. anyone know how to cure this? and i just got new shoes for the arches of my feet because that hurt.
This may sound funny but, does anyone know some tips to go faster?
we have our first meet on monday!!!
I do short distances, and i wanna do hurdles.

Moving Out at 18

I need some advice. I am 18 and going to move out in the summer with some friends. If you are saying i am too young you dont understand the situation i am in. I dont want to go to college, i will later in life i just cant now. I cannot live in my house any longer and must leave. I just need to know if you have any idea on the costs. I know rent already i just need utility prices. If you have any idea on the prices of utilities for a 2 bedroom trailer please let me know, or any other expenses for the matter. Thank You.

cousins death

june 2004 my cousin died from a mistake a police officer made. i cant seem to get over his death and i dont know who to talk to. i still cry all the time over him, and i htink about him a lot too. the rest of my family has moves on it seems, and they dont like to talk about him. if u have been in this situation... or one like it please shre advice. thanks

i want to loose weight. i am female and 5 feet 4 inches tall and weigh 138 pounds. I really need to tone my ab's and tighten up my leg muslces. Does anyone have any good exercise moves or anything? i need your help!!! and i want to loose 13 pounds by the summer!!

i sweat alot under my arms even though i put on deoderant.The docoter gave me better stuff to use but i still sweat is there anything i can do so i wont sweat there? i rate!!!

ok here it goes my best frind in middle school since 6th grade (she was in 7th so when she came to high school she kinda forgot about me i gueess and now that i am in high school i figured that we would be friends again but that dident happen when i asked her about it she just said she was 2 different she had tried things that i haddent but she didnet know thati had so i tryed to tell her and she just like i dont know but now i see her every day in the hall and she smiles at me and itryed to talk to her but she seemdis interested

there are these girls..Paty and jessica. okay well paty and jessica ALWAYS get mad at me for no reason. Dude, and im on these girls basketball team and I fouled one time and i said.."oh i dont rlly care." you no just because it was my first one. and paty goes to me "WELL WHAT THE FREAK...YOU SHOULD CARE." and she wouldnt pass me the ball at all. im 15 and theres this guy (also 15) and we both like each other. At least he says he likes me. right now we're kind of in a friends with benefits position, we dont want to go out becasue he smokes and drinks and i cant deal with that. the thing is, he tells me he wants to be more and that hes trying to quit, and i tell him i wanna be more too..... but the next day he goes tells all his friends that i wanna be more than friends and he leaves himself out of it., i just dont know if i can trust him, or why he does this. any advice?

I just started cheerleading this year and it was really hard for me to do anything, like tumbling or stunting, because I have like no upper body strength. This is mostly because of my wrists, they're weak and crack a lot. I did gymnastics about a year ago but it made my wrists worse. What I want to know is, is there anyway for me to build up some arm strength so I can start doing gymnastics again?

my friend and i r like really close..but we are wayy different..sumtimes she duznt notice but she hurts me..its not her fault cuz she doesnt mean to...but she like hates this country but i disagree w/ her..so whenever she talks about how much she hates her life cuz ov where she lives n how much she wants to move, it jus kinda annoys me...she thinks she has a bad life..but there r othrs that hav it way worse...i dont kno what 2 do
