ex-boyfriend trouble

i'm 14/f.. me and my ex.. zack.. went out for 3 months and 6 days in 2003.. then we went out over christmas break for like 4 days and he has a gf right now.. he dumped me during christmas break for her because he missed her. well i miss him so much! i cant stop thinking about him and i smile when he talks to me. when i look at him i feel sad though because he was a lot of 1sts for me. 1st time lying to my mom to go on a date with him, 1st time making out at the movies, 1st time holding hands, 1st time having his arm around me, i know.. pretty pathetic but i miss him! i'll always have feelings for him but i want him back, he knows and he was kind of weirded out because i talked to him and.. well.. he wasnt weirded out but he thought it was.....

The country that I live in is debating the Death Penalty. I Do not understand the understanding that the death penalty is ok. You are killing someone still aren't you? I realize that the people scentenced are usually murderers and other things along that line. I just want to know both sides of the story. I looked it up on Google and it is not what i am looking for. I want opinions on BOTH side.

Just want to know the difference

I hae to close friends that are pregnant. Unfortunantly one was raped and the other one was by her boyfriend. They are both considering abortion. Why is it that people think it is all right for my friend who was raped to get an abotion and the other one isn't. Both are still killing and innocent child...Please help me understand the difference!!

my one friend, (a) is mad @ me n another friend (s) for leaving her "out" tho we did call her but she was asleep, so she cudnt cum 2 this one party with us. she was really upset and turned this other friend (r) against us. (r) forgave us (even tho we didnt do anything 2 her) but (a) is stuck in the mud. We didnt do anything so how do we get her 2 4giv us??

i feel like crap! help me!

okay so all this morning ive been throwin up like crazy! and i couldnt sleep! i finnaly got like 4 hours! and i woke up really thirsty and i drank a can of sprite and im tryin to eat some crackers but i really cant put anything in my mouth with out gagging! so do any of yall have some thing i can do to feel better soon? please help me be for i die! jk but yea i need help pretty quick.

Does anyone know of a really easy-to-work digital camera? I've seen digital cameras these days and theres all these different buttons and stuff. I just want something simple and thats easy! Nothing too fancy..any suggestions would be great.

Is it uncommon for the inner lips to hang out and be all floppy, because its really long and the inner lips are really...hanging out all the time. i dont know what to do, its just so big, long, and floppy. Also its kind of wrinkly.. Is this normal, is there any creams i can use to make it go smaller and more normal??? Ive never been sexually active if that helps; and i want to be sexually active but im embarased!!! Any advice please!?

I have this friend,(E) and every time I turn around, I hear that she was trash talking me!! Well me and my two other friends, (L) and (H), and they keep telling me she was talking trash about me! I have known (E) since 4th grade, and she is my friend so why does everyone tell me she trash talks me?? Who should I believe? I rate high!!!!!

Friend and what not

There's this kid, Sam* and he was dumped by my best friend, Katie* in February.. Sam is the nicest kid you will ever meet..and Katie I think is just boy crazy. Well anyway, Sam and Katie went out for over 2 years on and off. Sam lives about 2 hours away though. Well this real jerk starting going out with Katie and she doesnt like him and is actually kind of attached to Sam still..but Katie wants him to dump her, because she doesnt have the heart to dump him..so my job is to try to make him break up with her..and its all confusing..but any suggestions?

Nervous

Well here is my problem ..
I went out with this guy for like 2 months .. We broke up .. It was b/c of me .. :-( I got so nervous around him .. He'd try to hold my hand and i would shake .. I felt so stupid .. That was almost 7 months ago ..Well I still like him SO much .. But he doesn't know that i still like him .. I think that he has a clue but i haven't confirmed it .. Well one of his friends likes me and i kinda like him .. But i don't get nervous around him .. I want to go out with him but i don't want it to look like i am "using" him to get to the other guy that i still like ALOT .. Any advice would be good !!

My best friend is 16 now but she has been getting abused by her dad since she was old enough to walk. I saw him punch her in the face one time and bang her head against a wall. I am really scared for and her sister because I have seen him hit her too. She's asked me not to tell but Im scared that if I keep quiet that one day he might really hurt her. We tryed calling the police on him one time but they wanted to press charges against us and not him. I dont know what I should do and I dont know how I can help her.

Dog training

I have a 5 year old male miniature dacshound. His problem is that he pees inside the house on the carpets when we want him to go pee outside. He is potty trained but still goes to the carpets like he does not care. We smack his bottom whenever he does and sometimes spray a dog and cat sour spray in his mouth to basically tell him "no" but nothing seems to get through his head. If I don't get to controlling his actions soon my parents are seriously considering sending him to the pound. What should I do?
