Airbrushing

Hiya, does anyone know what program you use to airbrush pictures? And where I can download them from and are they free? I have my own editing program but I cant airbrush pictures on it so I need to find out a good one.

Paint Shop Pro.
It's not free because hardly any good programmes are free but you can download it illegally if you want to go down that path.
or you can download a 30 day trial at www.jasc.com
