getting over the past

i've always had this really bad habit of thriving over the past. and i've been going through a really long period of depression. sometimes i'd get happy, but only for a few hours at a time. then i'd rememeber something and go back to being upset. i've started several other bad habits to get stress out of my way: drinking, smoking, cutting, etc. im not saying i wanna quit any of these new habits, but i wanna learn to get over the past. i wanna move on. because im tearing up my relationship with my boyfriend, M.

ok, i'll try to make this short and sweet. i've been with this guy whom i've liked since august for 3 months, officially, but we'd been "talking" since january. he's a great guy and i like him sooo much, starting to love him. not "in love", but you know.
recently, my first love has come back into my life. we were together for a year and a half, and one night he sexually assualted me. i ended things and we had a very painful break up. then we didnt talk for a few months. that one night was the first and only time anything like that happened, otherwise we were inseperable and completely perfect together. i said i would never take him back though, because that hurt me soooo much and really kinda messed me up...

this guy in my class who has kinda been flirtin with me all year asked me today if i was single and if i wanted to go out sometime. his flirting is always like a messing around with me way. so i figured he was joking when he asked me to go out so i was like uhmm no! then his friend was like ooh she turned you down and he like stopped talking. im not exactly sure if it was true or messing but i kinda feel bad. should i be more flirty to him to show i was kidding cuz i thought he was kidding? lol. hope it makes sense. thanks!!!!

Im going to high school next year and ive never had a boyfriend. Im the kind of girl that is friends with a lot of people and a lot of guys. I really need someone to love me im becoming very depressed. Im bipolar and I just don’t think there is any hope for me. Ok so my best friends little brother keeps kissing or making out with his guy friends, he is eight. Im over their house more than mine. i have nothing against gay people but how do we get him to stop!? I don’t want him to turn out gay. I'm trying to understand how my boyfriend is thinking, and even though you guys aren't him, let's just say this was you. There are a couple of things he's done in the past years and I want to know what his motives were. Briefly, the facts of my situation are as follows:
I had an emotional affair. It was a long-distance matter between me and a woman I used to know before I met my wife. When my wife began to realize what was going on (and it didn't take her long, because I'm lousy at keeping secrets and she's very perceptive) I ended it, and told my affair partner that I would not be contacting her again. So...I dated this guy for awhile in my freshman year (of college. I'm now a senior), and we're still very close. Well, we were. At one point I felt like no one knew me the way he did, and he felt the same way about me. Okay, so I'm 17 and a junior at my local high school.
I dated a guy for almost 7 months, and then realized I didn't have the same feelings for him, so I broke up with him Last Thursday.
