What kind of shoes? tips for track?

We can't have spikes, and i found a really good pair of shoes online and i'll just take the spikes out. Can I have some advice on what I need to know for track? Like tips? I'm in middle school, so nothing major but any reccomendations for events?

AIM Account

I have an AIM account, I don't use it anymore, as I have switched to GMail. However, there is a little icon that pops up on my phone that my messages on my aim account aren't sending, I haven't been on my AIM account for about 8-10 years, I hate my voicemail icon, let alone an icon that I can't fix to make it go away. So, I go onto my AIM account and it says "suspicious activity has been detected, we are blocking the username for this purpose." So, I can't log onto my AIM account to be able to delete it so that the icon doesn't show up on my phone again. I tried changing the password, but I am literally blocked out of it all and I don't know what to do! Any help is appreciated!

Dream Weave 7 or Microsoft Live/Windows Live

I'm not sure whether it's windows live or microsoft live but someone suggested I look into it for building my website. I wanted to know which is better, easier, more convenient...Dream Weaver or the Live one...I want to be able to build a website, be able to put videos (not youtube) on the site, blog etc... Thanks.

How do I tell my friend I don't want to perform with her in the talent show

See, my friend wants me to perform in the talent show with her. She wants to do a skit that includes four people, and she unkowingly included me as one of those four people. Anyway, since the beginning of the year, I've always wanted to sing for the talent show, and my other friends say I should sing, too. I really want to sing, but I don't want to hurt my friend's feelings. What should I do?

I Already Told I Don't Like Him!

Long story short my freinds told this guy that I SECRETLY like that I like him but they don't know the truth, they were just messing around. When he asked me about it I told him no I actually don't like him but I DO LIKE HIM! I didn't want to tell him becasue there a whole buncha people at my desk at the moment!! What am I supossed to do? Well last night, I just had gotten to the very end of my menstrual cycle, where the blood is very very light and it is mostly just residue. I was feeling turned on all day, so I decided to have sex. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I knew my period was ending after five days of being on it. My boyfriend did not ejaculate because we were being safe and used a condom as well. Even though we practiced safe sex, I am a bit worried. I woke up and I felt blood again, so I put in a tampon and felt kind of scared. I feel a little stupid, but I am trying not to get stressed out. I'm pretty sure I won't get any sign of pregnancy, but I'd like to be reassured...

okay, long story short, i'm in a weird place right now with my boyfriend's sister, we used to be closer friends but i've distanced it because i've just been busy with work, trying to have a life with him and trying to go new places in my life and i've felt she was not one of the best people to bring along into it, there's been lots of issues with her. i understand she'll always be around, that's why i've kept it friendly and always will but now there's just this weirdness in the air with seeing eachother all the time, then not and being closer friends, then not.

My oversized appetite really made my friend mad

I am a 21 year girl at college. I have the unusual problem of have an abnormally large appetite. I have always had a fast metabolism but I am also a competitive swimmer and tennis player. I sometime eat 7000+ calories in a day, but 6000 is more typical. Occasionally this puts me in awkward situations. Last Saturday my good friend and former roommate invited me to play soccer in her intramural league semifinals and then stay at her place. So me and my boyfriend decided that we wanted to start jogging together after school, my question is how should I go about this? I am much faster than him and we went jogging once already, I had to slow down so he wouldn't be miles behind me but I still jogged in front of him. I don't know how I should really approach this, should I jog beside him or should I jog ahead of him and motivate him to work harder by being ahead (we are extremely competitive with each other, in a good but funny way)... I don't know, so what should I do?
