If by second base you mean fondling of her breasts, (which I am assuming) it can very much vary from female to female. Though you also do not wish to rush it and make her feel uncomfortable in anyway, as this could cause difficulties in the relationship. Anyway, for most women, the breasts are quite sensitive. Some girls may just enjoy the typical rubbing of the whole breast, while others prefer the rubbing, gently pinching of her nipples. (Some females may even orgasm just by nipple play) But as I have previously stated, every female is different. I suppose experiment. See how she reacts to both ways. When rubbing just her breast, it is always best to go gently, unless somehow she insinuates otherwise. Same goes with the nipples. The nipples, gently hold it between your thumb and pointer finger gently pinching and twisting like your rolling a small paper ball, but as I said previously, gently unless she states otherwise. I'm sure if something makes her uncomfortable, she will tell you. If you worry she may not, be sure to let her know to tell you if anything you do makes her feel uncomfortable. Pushing a girl to do something she doesn't feel ready to do can cause problems in the relationship.
