My friends and I are 17. I'll be 18 soon. One of my friend's bf is 21. I always thought that was a little strange until one night him and a couple of his friends came over and they were all so nice. I can really see why she'd go for an older guy because they are so much more mature and interesting to talk to.
Anyways, me and one of his friends who is also 21 hit it off. He was really flirty and really nice. Everyone says hes a nice guy too. We've been talking and he wants to hang out and stuff.

What is the stigma of dating a black man?

So, I'm dating a man I've known for a long time. I'm white and he's black. When people see photos of us together or hear about him, for some reason they always have to comment and say things like 'Oh he's black..." or "I'd never thought /you'd/ date a black guy."
I don't understand what the problem is personnaly, I love him and he's so fantastic.
I was wondering though, when you see a white girl and a black man, what do you automaticaly assume or think? Just interested to know.

I want to become closer

Okay so I've been dating this guy off and on for about 9 months. We have our great times and our rough times. But we haven't really been getting any closer. Anythings you could suggest that I could do to help us get closer???
I Kinda feel like we're drifting apart, we dont talk as much as we use to. When I look around at other happy couples thats how I want to be and it just isn't like that.
We also dont hangout as much as before eithier, probably because we live in a small town and there isn't much to do that we've havn't already done a hunderd times.
So Please help me out if you have ideas that we can do or along thoe lines.

alright so there is this guy that i like and he likes me. but for some reason i get really nervous around him. i dont know why. its easy for me to talk to guys i have many guy friends so i dont know why i cant with him. hes a great guy, hes really sweet and cool to be with. my friends tell me that he is nervous too and that he hasnt fully been himself around me yet. and when we talk on the phone sometimes it gets awkward. i really want this to work and i want to start becomeing comfortable around him. so how do i overcome the nervousness?

Boyfriend taking me for Granted?

So lately i feel i have hit a rut in my relationship. I'm 20 and so is he. I'm taking a summer coarse from Monday to Thursday from 8-2 so that doesn't leave the day to see each other but he works anyways or he has baseball. he calls me every night, texts in the morning and calls me in the afternoon as well. But i feel like hes taking me for granted. He doesn't plan anything or gives any effort. Is it just me or is it because were so busy that we don't have any time for each other? or is it just because hes a guy that he doesn't do anything? I miss him and want a spice in our relationship. I'm feeling a little jealous because hes always busy with work, baseball or friends. i feel like they come before me. i have a weird feeling about it all...

(Will be long! Sorry!) I dated a girl since 7th grade, married her at the end of high school, had a few kiddos with her, and never loved her. Well of course I loved her but only because I'd never been with anyone else. She was my first everything. Then I met TJ. We became best friends several years ago and for a long time there was no attraction because she and her husband were too serious. But they ran into some issues which plunged she and I into a relationship that both of us had on the back of our minds from the start. Recovering after cheating on my wife

Last November I did some really stupid stuff and ended up becoming more than friends with another girl. And even though I'm married, she & I dated and later on started having sex. My wife found out a few months ago and gave me some time to make up my mind about who I want in my life. (She was only so forgiving because she didn't want to freak out our kids & all, you know.) And I've decided. But I feel so dirty. I don't know how to go back to the love of my life after making such an idiot of myself. How can I even pretend I deserve her. Will counseling help me feel "clean" again? I want to just tear off my skin.

Well the story goes, I really like this guy and he has told me he likes me aswell! im dating a jerk, but ive known another guy in my school for about forever now, and i think i am starting to like him. i told him last night that i think i rlly do like him. because we always joke around about liking each other. things arent weird today in school.. but im still clueless on if i should follow through. lets call him jay he is a senior at my school, he is friendly, cute, jokester, amazingly funny, and the sweetest guy you could ever meet. Point is, while highly drugged on my meds, I did something really stupid with another girl.
I already apologized to my girlfriend years ago, and she has stayed with me still, but she keeps bringing it up and going on how I have yet to prove my trust now.
I know I did wrong, and I've done everything to make up for it. But seriously, when a man has all but forsaken his family and friends just because she basically wants him to, doesn't that warrant finally letting it go?
I know you all are going to get on my case for doing it in the first place, but I'm asking if I've made up for it (not arguing that I did wrong, I just want to know if I'm just being abused now).

My best friend, John, is going out with my other best friend, Michelle. He likes another girl, Stephanie, and he is having trouble choosing between the two. He wants me to give him advice and I don't know what to say because I think I might be in love with him. Like seriously. He already knows I like him, and Michelle also knows. He's told me he likes me back. He even said that if it wasn't for Michelle and Steph, he'd go out with me. I know Michelle loves him so much... I feel really bad, but I can't help it. I can't push my feelings away. I talk to him on the phone all the time and we flirt a lot more than we should. So, what should I tell him, and what should I do about my own feelings? I have never been so confused in my life!!!!
I'm a 16/f and i was talking to a boy that went to my school...i will call him "R"! So yea i really liked him but now "R" is in jail and might be in there for some time...and recently i have been kinda talking to another boy i will call "N"! I like "N" and we flirt and kiss and we really get along great! As friends and as a couple! my boyfriends b-day is in like a week and 1/2. hes going to be 15. into like every sport except rugby,golf, and thats all i can think of. hes mainly interested in football,very athletic. and he loves wierd things no one would ever think to really get.. (like green laser pointers, and a mushroom lamp.)
