Do I forget what others think and just go for it?

Well the story goes, I really like this guy and he has told me he likes me aswell! I actually think im in love with him, he is the first person i think of in the morning and the last thing at night! we spend everyday on the fone to each other, thing is a few people have told me they think he might be gay and that is whats stopping me going into a relationship with him
do i just ignore those other people and go into a relationship with him?

If he finds out that he may actually be gay, just make sure you're ready to hear it if that time goes around.
But live a little and take a chance. Every experience in life you get, good or bad can be good in the long run. It allows you to understand more and become more flexible to everything.

you should talk to him about it. i mean of course if he's gay, then why would he madly in love with you? have you ever seen him staring at another boy in a different way?
those kinds of things are signs that he is gay. If he's straight, there wouldn't be a reason to hold back. rumors are spread all the time and some aren't even true. remember that.

Whatever you do, don't ask him if he's gay. If he is, it will ruin all chances for you two and he be very, very miserable!!! I say look for signs that he is gay, and if there are none, GO FOR IT, GIRL!!! ;) Good luck.

Have you talked to him about it? If not, I'd suggest talking to him about it and finding out if he is, in fact gay.
If he's not, then heck yes I'd go for it. If you have feelings this strong for someone who has them back, why wouldn't you go for it? You are the only 2 in the relationship, and nobody else.
