presentation at school

i have to give 2 presentations at school. One on tuesday for history and another on wednesday for health. im sooo afraid. i am 18 years old and have been doing school presentations forever but no matter how many times i do them or no matter how much i practice and prepare ahead of time, i get up in front of the class and my voice shakes a million times a minute and im so embarrased and scared and just want to die! no matter how calm i am before i go up there, once i face the class, im done. what can i do to help me with this??

Hey it is me again the one who asked about the boyfriend problem!
Well tonite he broke up with me and i really loved him! He didn't tell me why! And he won't talk to me! I can't stop crying! I hate it and whenever We belong together by mariah carey cpomes on i just bust out in tears!!!!! Help i am going on vaction saturday!!!

my dog is a 7 month old schnauzer, and he has been throwing up! he also has really bad hip problems. my dad keeps saying he will die really early. i am crying just typing this up. i dont want my puppie to die! does anyone have any helpful tips on how to cure throwing up? my mom said she gave him peptobismol... but he just threw up in my room so i dont know what to do! please help me fast!

Ok, so here's the situation. I've never been in a relationship or had any boyfriends and all the bells and whistles that come along with them. I really like this one guy who I know is really wrong for me, and I know he doesn't like me. I know that he can barely stand to be around me, actually. I won't go into detail as to why. The thing is, I can't stop liking him or thinking about him, and I think that also might be effecting my other relationships and keeping things from progressing into dating or anything with guys that might potentially like me. How do I possibly get over the guy whom we shall call Shamrock? How can I possibly allow others in and get to know me for who I am and have them see that I would be a great person to date?

Crazy Kid

I was over at my friends house and this dude started calling this girl. She didn't want to talk to him cause he was a crazy stalker. He called 16 times before my friend picked it up and said stop calling. This kid drives from the next county to my friends house to talk to this girl. The girl goes and hides while we try to cool the guy down. This kid goes all around my friends house looking for the girl and finds her in the bushes. He cusses her out and yells. All i did was make the girl leave and hold him off long enough to give them a head start. I then call the girl and her friend to tell them to call the cops if he follows them. Should I have done more.

Where can you buy a trampoline from? (We need one with a net)
How much on average do they cost?
Do you have to set them up yourself, and if so is it difficult?
Have you had any bad experiences with trampolines?

My name is Jack and I'm 22. Sorry if this is long but I really need the help. I recently found out that I have a 15 year old half sister named sarah. I've been searching for her for a long time and I finally found her. Well when I first saw her I noticed that she had scars on her arms that I think were from cutting herself. Ok, so I have this major confession!! I have a boyfriend, lets call him *Bill and he is super annoying. He wont shut up!! And when he does shut up all he wants to do is to have it w/ me!!!
