Do this because at night your body doesnt really burn that many calories as in the morning and afternoon because your walking around and doing things during the day, when you sleep you dont burn that many calories. So if you eat larger portions at night you will just gain weight. Also try pilates, you can buy a dvd with steps and instructions on how to do them if you dont already know how. try doing crunchs and sit-ups. also make sure you excercise like jogging and running swimming too...I hope I helped! need any more just leave one in my inbox [ XxKaTiExLeIgHxX's advice column | Ask XxKaTiExLeIgHxX A Question ]

Then take milk with cornflakes in the morning try to take warm water for 15 days , don't take heavy lunch or dinner try to take fruits and take tea without sugar.
