well, try not to eat so much snacks. you don't exactly have to go on a diet, just try to avoid like chips and ers and all that stuff. a good workout that i do is 150 situps a day. start out with just like 50 or something, and as you build up more indurance, you can do more situps every day.once you get to being able to do like 150 situps, you should've lost some wait, and maybe you might even have a 6 pack. it works for me!

Eat your bigger meals at breakfast, then eat a smaller meal at lunch, and eat an even smaller meal at dinner. Do this because at night your body doesnt really burn that many calories as in the morning and afternoon because your walking around and doing things during the day, when you sleep you dont burn that many calories. So if you eat larger portions at night you will just gain weight. Also try pilates, you can buy a dvd with steps and instructions on how to do them if you dont already know how. try doing crunchs and sit-ups. also make sure you excercise like jogging and running swimming too...I hope I helped! need any more just leave one in my inbox

In the early morning you have to take lime warm drink 2-4 glass of water and do some stomach exercise like stomach inside and outside and throw the air outside. Then take milk with cornflakes in the morning try to take warm water for 15 days , don't take heavy lunch or dinner try to take fruits and take tea without sugar.

Well, I think u should eat healthier, exercise, walk/run outside every day try to drink a whole bunch of water because it helps a lot... also if it is raining inside there is a game that I love playing called Dance Dance Revolution that is a pretty good workout... or you could just rent a workout video I hope I helped you ! :)
