get your dog to the vet or local animal hospitol. peptobismol can be helpful but with dogs its also extremely easy for them to 'overdose' on something like that. id say your best bet is to take him to the vet. make sure he is getting enough water also!

GO TO THE VET.

The Vet is the only person who can truely help you... professional help will mostly ALWAYS be correct, however, with non professional help you can't always be so sure.

Good luck with your puppy, and I hope he gets better soon.

He will die due to his sickness. Peptobismol? To a dog? Yeah, i dont think that works considering thats a HUMAN MEDICINE.

ok if you think there is a problem with your dog you should take him to the vets and make sure that he will be fine and dont be to sure that her will die you should really try and think happy thoughts and not bad ones

Take him to the vet, likely only a vet can help.

I wish I could help, but likely most people on this site aren't qualified to answer such a question.

Um, I have a feeling that peptobismol isn't really good for dogs... CALL A VET!! Or look for a site that give medical advice FOR DOGS!, but a vet really is the best choice. Hope all works out.

You must get your puppy to the vet. It sounds like he is having problems that only a vet can fix. Your mom did fine giving him pepto, that won't hurt him, but your puppy will dehydrate and die if you can't get the vomitting to stop. Tell your parents that part of responcible pet ownership is to take the pet to the doctor when it's sick. Also that they can be report to ASPCA for neglecting a pet in clear distress. By the way, just because his hip is hurting does not mean that he'll die early. However tell your dad to check and see if he got a health guarenty that states the dog will be free of HIP DISPLAYSIA. This is a common problem inherited by some breeds of pure bred dogs. (Usually the large breeds.) He may be able to get the breeder of your pup to help pay for the vet bills. I'm sorry your puppy is so ill. I hope he gets better.

Never give a dog human medicine. Your schnauzer is still a puppy and throwing up is a very serious thing. It's like having a small baby throwing up and doing nothing for him/her.

You can do nothing but bring your puppy to the veterinarian to get some advice or possible medicine. Your dog is throwing up for a reason and you can't just "cure" throwing up. You must cure whatever is causing him to throw up.

It could be parasites, internal injuries, or many other issues that are causing him to throw up.

If you have a full breed schnauzer, then you obviously have a bit of money to take care of him. You can't do anything for him except to take him tot he Veterinarian.

you need to take your dog to the vet! this happened to my friend's dog, and it turned out that she had a liver problem. if you don't take her to the vet soon, it could get even worse. hope your dog gets better!

you really need to take him to see a vet. one of my friend's dogs was throwing constantly last year and it turned out to be a bad liver problem that was common in the breed. her liver was litterally killing itself! so if you really wanna know what's wrong with your puppy, you need to get him to a vet right away

first of all never give a dog let alone a puppy any human drugs they alone can be deadly what kind of food are you giving him? wet or dry? and what brand majority of the time its a dietary problem that causes a puppy to throw up dont worry about his hip problems they usually arent the "big" isusse people make them out to be and please talk to your vet (he/she) might have the solution.
