Haha i was the same way. and practicing on your hand doesnt help at all. just go with it, its an instinct. but dont go to fast. my first make out session was super fast and i learned to slow it down and make it good and make it last. just remember nO BITING and if you must now, making out is kinda massaging the other person tougue.
its conplicated but its not hard.

find good snug hip huggin jeans, skirts, whatever you wear. make sure the extra meqat doesnt bulge over the sides, make it so its perfectly straight. and dont wear suffocatingly tight shirts, give your hips and stomaCH some space to breath.

Ugh. When I think about it, this question sorta sounds like those 12 year old girls who come on here talking about how they love their little boyfriends and stuff.
But really- let me just get to it.
I think this guy at school likes me, because whenever he sees me having a good time or laughing, he finds me and joins in. I know he's coming FOR ME, and not for anyone else. And we talk like we're really really good friends. But, when we're in class or in the hall, he never says anything, just sometimes hello. What's going on? my dog is a 7 month old schnauzer, and he has been throwing up! he also has really bad hip problems. my dad keeps saying he will die really early. i am crying just typing this up. i dont want my puppie to die! does anyone have any helpful tips on how to cure throwing up? my mom said she gave him peptobismol... but he just threw up in my room so i dont know what to do! please help me fast!

One of my best friends is EXREMLEY rude to me, she bosses me around so much and she doesn't do it to anyone else. It makes me upset because I feel like she doesn't like me. On her profile she listed her friends and i'm not even on there and im supposed to be her best friend. Then the other night she had our 2 other best friends over and didn't even invite me. if you make her your only friend you put her in power of making your life bad. so let her find out whats wrong with herself and go to the mall and hang out with some new or other old friends. if that doesnt work, the only thing left to do it talk to her. if she denies it and keeps using you, she wasnt ever a friend, is she realized what she's done and tries to improve, shes a keeper

I was like that. I was outgoing, fun ot be with and liked having fun then one day i woke up and was feeling depressed. that feeling didnt go away for a long time. i wanted to be back to normal so bad, but it wasnt worth it, either let it play itself out, go see a therapist, or confide in your friends. its obvious that there is something bothering you deep down adn you need to find out what it is. keep a journal and update me on how youre doing. i would also give yourself a good day or shopping or doing whatever you love to do (or use to love to do). try to have a self discovery day.

i have a bff, and she's going to a new school next year, and i'm going to miss her so much. but what if her new school makes her turn bad again? cuz she used to be bad and do cutts and stuff, and she had just gotten back to her old self, and was good. i'm worried that she'll turn bad again and do stuff that she shouldn't be doing, and i don't want that to happen agian, because i used to always have to take care of her and everything, and always had to be there for her, and it was a lot of hard work, and i don't want to have to do it all over again. is it bad to think that? should i keep being friends, or cut the string? please help! listen, your friend is probaly scared even more. shes worked so hard to get better and now its starting over when she doesnt want to. dont ditch her, this is a time of need for your friend. call her and reassure her that everything will be ok. that yall will still hang out and have fun. also let her know that you care about her and it would break your heart to see her giving up everything shes worked for. tell her that you love her and that she amtters to you. confort her. have one last night of being together like old times before she goes.

My best friend lives in another state. She thinks shes in love with this guy who's 17 (my friend is 14/f). I've never met him, but i really don't trust him. He's currently in jail, and he has a baby on the way with his Ex-girlfriend. I really want to help my friend, but she thinks shes in love with this criminal. he was arrested for drunk driving! SHe doesnt want me to judge him, but i cant help but judge him! what am i supposed to do? should i support her, even though i think she's gonna get hurt, or should i keep trying to convince her not to keep giving this guy everything he wants? heres the deal
you cant protect your friend from everything, especially since she lives in another state. you need to let her learn from her mistakes, but if you insist differently, talk to her saying that you just dont get why a 17 year old dude would want to go out with a 14 year old. if she still doesnt get it, let it go. atleast you tried.

do lunges for 1 minute ear leg for about 6 minutes a day
it helps so much. im one of the many unluncky people in my family who have monsterous inner thighs. or you can go to the gym, get a trainer or go to a machine where you have 2 pads inbetween your legs and you push in.

since you cant say no at the dance, say no before the dance,
tell her that youre just not interested and that you need some space to breathe. tell you you appreciate you #1 fan but that she needs to back off.
if she still doesnt give up then break the school rule (i think the rule is kinda stupid but o well) tell her youre just not interested.
try not to be mean (and definatly dont tell her you wishes she'd die) just tell her in a meaningful way.

wow, at my last school my mom got so fclose to suing because of that mess. it happens so easily in todays world and its pathetic and sad. its hard to cope but once that name gets out itll either be forgotten or make your life hell. so heres what i did. i met some new friends who saw me for who i was. i stood up for myself and didnt let those wannabe's get to me. there are probaly many reasons behind why your school is attacking you. but you need to show them youre not a lesbian, a slut, a whore, and whatever else they are. lemme tell you somehting, parents are not right when they say ignoring will make them stop, ignoring them feeds them. they need to be taught that youre a human and have feelings and that youre who you are.

Wow, that has to be hard. I didnt know what to do when my mom yelled and cussed at me for the first time. I cried, but I couldve spared that. You should sit her down and apologize, saying that you didnt realize you worried her. Let her know that it was immature and innapropriate of you to do that. And remember, be strong, dont let her or anybody else's stubborness get to you.
