MHScutie87 answered Sunday May 29 2005, 3:52 pm: get on all fours (like a dog) and look at the floor. then, lift your knee to point at the wall to make a 90 degree angle, then bring it back down. do that 10 times on each side (thats one rep) do three reps two times a day :)

Yeah right!' but seriously I done yoga last night at my mates house, we used her yoga video and it teaches you all kinds of strenches and stuff and whilst you're doing those streches the lady tells you what you are actually tonning up! it helps so much. im one of the many unluncky people in my family who have monsterous inner thighs. or you can go to the gym, get a trainer or go to a machine where you have 2 pads inbetween your legs and you push in.
