need help for my friend

ok my guy friend wants my help and im not sure what to say to him. His girlfriend whom he loves alot theyve been going out for like 8 months is treating him like dirt. They broke up for awhile then got back together. Im good friends with his girlfriend and shes always looking for other guys and says her boyfriend is ugly. Yet she claims she loves him. Shes a bit of a brat, and anytime something goes wrong thats not her boyfriends fault, she acts like shes mad at him when he did nothing wrong. I feel so bad for him because he LOVES HER. I told him if I was him Id dump her, but he said he didn't want to. I don't know how to help him. Any advice, I rate!

Dancing..

Hey. I been dancing since I was 4ish-7ish but then I quit. I started going street/Hip-hop lessons now since April. I have a few dance videos but I still cant keep up with them or my dance school! Everyone else is prancing around memorizing all the moves when there is me forgetting the moves and really slow!! I'm not sure how to remember the moves and speed up! Any tips? And yes i do concentrate as hard as I can but i forgot them all even after 2 minutes! Thanks if you can help x

I asked for a few dance dvd's for my birthday and my mum bought them for me, I do the warm-up routine every day and nown and again I do the dances. I been doing this every single day in the mornings since 22nd may. I also go to a dance school on Thursdays for an hour and I dance when im about places. Plus i do P.E 2 times a week and I was wondering how long will it take me to get fit and healthy and start to look good to? Im on a balanced diet too. Thanks

ok so im going out with guy now and like every time im with him and his friends i can never talk to him cus im really nervous i might say something really lame and his friends will laugh at me. when he is about ot leave im to scared to hug him goodbye . i dont want him to think i dont like him so how do i talk to him without being scared? please help fast! i rate good!

I've been have very vivid dreams about an old flame for the past 6 or 8 months and its starting to drive me insane. The twist to this story is that we we're childhood sweethearts from the age of 8 to 14. I'm now 19(20 next week) and we haven't spoken since 8th grade graduation. I can't shake this feeling lately that I still have feelings for him. As innocent as out relationship was being infatuated with someone for that long isn't something to easily let go of. okay, this week i got invited to 6 parties and so far they've all been really fun. but at the one i just got back from, i got thrown into the pool a lot! but most of the people who threw me in were good guy friends. but i don't know, i really want a close relationship with someone. i was kind of sad because all the girls that got thrown in by their boyfriends, they were cold when they got out so they went and snuggled with their guy and i kind of got jelous. this one guy (that a lot of ppl don't like because they think he's mean) is so sweet around me and is just one of the nicest, funniest people i've ever meet. i really like him and hope we could be more than friends. is there anything that guys like or something that i could do to get hi...

my dad has a brother and he is my uncle my dad and him got in a fight like 15 years ago and they still are fighting ever since then they have been fighting the whole family has been split apart i am not able to see my cousins ever my dad tried apolygizing and it didnt work my uncle has treatened my papa by emails (not going into detail) i want are family to get along but have no clue what to do if you have any serious advice i would love to see it

I have a friend and she is one of my best freinds and she is really nice when hanging around me but when she starts hanging out with one of these popular girls at school she starts calling people retards and idiots and gay. we hate this one girl at school and we talk about her because she gets on our nerves. after that, the next day right after she has talked about her she goes behind my back and hangs out with her how do i get to know if she goes behind my back and talks about me and just hangs around me because she wants to tell people what i say and stuff that i do????

Hey well i have a problem....over the times i really didnt care how i looked but now i start seeing really skinny girls and well i kinda think i'm fat i dont know why i never really care how i looked but now its like all of a sudden im not happy with how i look.. so......how can i loose 28lbs in like 2 weeks?if its not possible then tell me how long it would take to loose those lbs(pounds) and what should i do to loose them???? any advice???
