At the moment, I am studying for my math exam. my teacher was nice enough to give us a study guide to fill out. I have a few things that I dont understand:
What is 39% of 500?
What percent of 64 is 3.2?
60% of 85 is what number?
What percent of 85 is 1.7?
What number is 150% of 26?
What i 40% of 400?
Not only do I not understand them, I dont know how to do them! So could someone PLEASE EXPLAIN ot me how to do them?

renewing my drivers permit in another state

If I am renewing my drivers permit in another state (I moved to Arizona and its expired now), do I just go to the DMV and renew it (meaning they'd just take a new picture of me, etc) or do I have to take the drivers permit test all over again? Ive already checked their website, and I cant find any information.

i'm having trouble getting my parents used to the fact that me and my boyfriend have a 3 years difference in age. he's 16 and i'm 13. my mom likes him but my dad gets a little to protective about it and they won't let me drive around anywhere with him. he's a really sweet guy and i trust him with my life but my parents don't see my side to this. what could i do to get them to trust me and him together in a car and get them used to the age difference?

this sounds silly, bt i have been with my boyfriend for nearly two years. and sometimes i feel as tho i dnt love him bt if i ever fink of breaking up with him it breaks my heart and i cry loads. okay so there is this guy, yes very cliche and everyone asks these types of questions..but anyways. I dated this guy for about 7 months. A couple months ago we broke up and ive kind of been attracted to his best friend. Ive liked his best friend for a while, even while we were dating. yeah so i asked a question earlier but i need more help.
so i asked about me and my guy friend, well, this is about what all those teachers have been thinking. im gonna tell you all the times its happened and i just want you to tell me why they think this stuff.

Hi i'm 13 years old and my mom said that I can not use a tampon until I break my hymen or have sex but she said if i have sex she will kick me out of the house and my mom said that i could kill my self if i use a tampon how do you kill yourself with a tampon and do you have to break your hymen to use a tampon cause most of my friends use them.

Okay, there is this guy (his name is Gage Tyler) that I am like crazy for. He always tells his friends that he doesn't like me, but yet when one of my friends asks him if he does like me he doesn't answer them. Or like if I come around him, he always leaves, but sometimes comes back around me. It's really weird and all of my friends say that I am too good for him, or he isn't good enough for me. And one of my friend's thinks that he is mentally abusing me?!?!?! Well, please help!! lol.
