If I am renewing my drivers permit in another state (I moved to Arizona and its expired now), do I just go to the DMV and renew it (meaning they'd just take a new picture of me, etc) or do I have to take the drivers permit test all over again? Ive already checked their website, and I cant find any information.
Additional info, added Monday June 13 2005, 2:46 pm: I already took the drivers ed class back in Texas, and had my permit for over a year. Then i moved here (Arizona) and its been expired sometime. Also - if you happen to know what kind of documents I need to take with me to the DMV, that'd be helpful.. Want to answer more questions in the Technology category? The best thing to do here is to call the Arizona DMV and ask them what the process to transfer your drivers license/permit would be.
They have different laws in each state, and they may even be different depending on which state you came from originally.
