I'm in so much pain

I just had a volleyball tournament recently. Well, I got a few injures. I can't extend my left leg without my knee hurting ((Could y'all tell me what's up with that? I skinned it pretty bad)) and I think I cracked my tailbone. And my muscles are real stiff. Can y'all tell me what I can do to relive this pain?

I really want to loose weight.
But i cant be motivated.
I dont know how. i mean i have pictures of hott guys on my walls, but no room for really pretty girls with nice bodys. And adding them onto my wall would make me feel bad.
I have all the stuff needed to workout, or atleast most of the stuff. I have a treadmil,one of those hudge balls, and a workout mat. I have a 10 minute denise austin workout DVD. And i have this DVD of the girl Michael Gillian who one "the biggest loser"(tv show), which is maybe an hour. And we have no Junk food in my house whatsoever..
But I have a problem with working out..
My mom cooks dinner at 5:00 and your suppose to wait about 3 hours before you work out after eatin...

importing CDs

okay, I'd like to consider myself computer literate, but I never figured out how to import CDs on your computer to make MP3 files! (not M4A like regular iTunes)
any help would be very much appreciated! I just need to know what program is easiest or what way to import into iTunes. thanks!

I'm 13 years old, and a really tiny person, and I think it's good for me to start exercising---now don't get me wrong, I don't think I'm fat or anything, but I just think it's a good idea to move my muscles. But I hate sports of all kinds. Is there anything I can do at home BESIDES push-ups and sit-ups/crunches?

me and my boyfriend have been going out for almost three mouths and we still havent kissed. we havent even done anything outside of school.im starting to think that he's prude. what should i do? should i kiss him? if so should i kiss him on the lips or on the cheek? also i dont think he's ever kissed a girl before so i will be his first kiss. please help me because i really dont like going out with people and not being able to kiss them or make out with them. it bugs me when i see other people kissing in the hallway.

Hi. If a person has sex and then gets her period a day or less afterwards, does it mean she can't be pregnant? A friend of mine is really freaked out right now, and I'm trying to calm her down by telling her that she can't be pregnant. Thanks.

I'm 13 and I've got a huge crush on this guy. He has many girl friends (I mean as just friends) and whenever I talk to him I just feel really awkward and my mind goes blank. What should I do?! I can't say stuff like "what are your interests" because I already know his interests. We used to be really good friends, but now he's in almost none of my classes. What should I do?

There is this guy who really likes me but I don't like him like that. He is incredibly hott, athletic,nice personality, etc. But the chemistry isn't there for me. Recently my boyfriend of 3 months broke up with me,things were great so i was left confused as to why. I was fine with it and was actually told i looked happier. While we were together his ex-girlfriend was always around and all over him, i told him that this bothered me, and he told me he would talk to her about it . when is too much

i have read coloumns in magazines saying if you excersise too much it is damaging your body. is this true? i excersise at a gym for about 4 1/2 hours each week. i also do 30 mins of cardio at home. am i doing too much?

I hate to start a question with "there's this guy" but unfortunately that is pretty much what this is about so i'll make it as brief as possible: I like him very much, we were pretty close a few months ago (just friends, we're both attached). Nowadays we talk fairly sporadically and when we do it feels so mundane and guarded compared to what we used to have. I feel like he's deliberately shutting me out (though he still says to me and others that i am one of his best friends) and i've no idea why. It's basically like we've had a friendship in reverse-knowing each other very well almost immediately and now moving backwards into the realm of the casual and formal.

i have adaware i and run scans about everyday and at the status.. it says open quarintine list and i have a little over 1000 ..so if i delete them all.. would they mess up my computer.. do you think itll be a good idea? suggestions please
