I really want to loose weight.
But i cant be motivated.
I dont know how. i mean i have pictures of hott guys on my walls, but no room for really pretty girls with nice bodys. And adding them onto my wall would make me feel bad.
I have all the stuff needed to workout, or atleast most of the stuff. I have a treadmil, one of those hudge balls, and a workout mat. I have a 10 minute denise austin workout DVD. And i have this DVD of the girl Michael Gillian who one "the biggest loser"(tv show), which is maybe an hour. And we have no Junk food in my house whatsoever..
But I have a problem with working out..
My mom cooks dinner at 5:00 and your suppose to wait about 3 hours before you work out after eating (right?). That mean Id have to work out at 8:00ish, but i sleep need to go to sleep at 9:00 to get a good amount of sleep, and your not suppose to workout and then go to sleep are you?
So yea, i need help./

This discipline comes from repeated practice of good dietary habits and life choices concerning your body. You must find out what works for you. Forget the DVD and forget that stupid Biggest Loser show and focus on what it right for you. All you need is a little fire under your ass, a floor and a street to run on...Get Serious and find out what works for you because no one but yourself can answer this question. TheLoveDoctor answered Sunday January 15 2006, 9:33 pm: people are suposed to move, thats why we are made the way we are. if we weren't then we would be blobs of jelly. so, i find myself ignoring any rules about working out. work out when you feel like it or when you have time. i know the physicists say differently but if you want to work out you have to be in the mood to work out, otherwise you are just fitting it in when you can. if you want to work out and you do then you will enjoy it more and it will benefit you more.
DancinCutie08 answered Sunday January 15 2006, 9:10 pm: you dont have to wait 3 hours to eat and you can go to sleep right after working out. i ussually hit the gym right after i eat dinner and im fine. try just putting a dvd in and walk/job on the treadmill while you watching the dvd.. it will really make the time fly. pootietang answered Sunday January 15 2006, 9:09 pm: hey! i think i might be able to help you. =) i read somewhere that there are 3 things that are bound to help you lose weight FAST..they are:
1. dont eat ANYTHING or drink ANYTHING -besides water or something healthy- after 6 pm
2. excercise -run, bikeride, play a sport- for an hour, NONSTOP, every day
3. get rid of excess. you know what i mean. adding more ketchup to your hamburger, a little salt to your eggs, adding more sugar in your tea, eating chips WITH salsa...stop adding all of those "little extras" and just eat your food without dressings, sauces, or condiments -mustard, ranch, mayonaisse...-.
as for getting motivated about excercising, think "all i have to do is walk for one hour" and seriously, you could choose to walk for your excercise and still see results. if your life constantly requires that you walk all the time then maybe it can be only 45 minutes of excercise..but if you follow those 3 rules WELL, then you will get thinner. trust me.
