importing CDs

Question Posted Sunday January 15 2006, 6:33 pm

okay, I'd like to consider myself computer literate, but I never figured out how to import CDs on your computer to make MP3 files! (not M4A like regular iTunes)

any help would be very much appreciated! I just need to know what program is easiest or what way to import into iTunes. thanks!

I have Windows and Windows Media Player 10 has worked the best for me. You can download it if you don't already have it from Windows Update. Taking music off of a CD is called "ripping". In the media player go to the Rip tab and you should be set from there. If you need any help finding anything or any questions let me know and I'll give you a more detailed explanation. Good luck! :)
