Losing muscle

Hello, I'm starting to work out not because I think I'm fat, but because I would like to stay in shape.
Anyway I have extremely muscular legs, especially my calves. Since they are muscular it makes my legs look fat.
Is there anything that I can do to lose some muscle in my legs and not make them that bulky?

Can't get over losing best friend

First of all I'll give a little background. I met my friend almost 10 years ago, we were both teenagers at the time and instantly clicked for some reason. We had little inside jokes and shared everything. I felt like she was the sister I never had. We talked about dating and as we grew older we discussed our marriages. She had a baby boy while I went through infertility and a miscarriage. That put a strain on our friendship because I was jealous and she didn't understand why i found it hard to be around her baby. We didn't speak for about 6 months and I finally wrote her a letter of apology. Then she moved away, we kept in contact and after a year she moved back and everything was just like it was before. Do You Think I'm Fat?

My friend, Austin, used to be overweight and lost a bunch of weight two summers ago. I lost a lot of weight too but not as much as her.
The thing that bothers me is that she calls everyone fat, if someone has an inch of flab -anywhere-, she'll call them a cow. Especially is she's mad at them.
She also thinks that anyone who is overweight is disgusting and lazy. She won't even consider -looking- at a guy who is a pound overweight.
She's not exactly skinny. She worries about her "gut" which is like a pound of flesh on her tummy (it's tiny) and I'm not fat but I'm bigger than some of the girls she makes fun of. I am more understanding though and I wouldn't secretly pick on people because of their weight.

K i have a quick ? for my friend, we live in the state of ct, and shes 17 years old, she wants to date a 20 year old guy, but the guy said its ilegal. Is this true? cause i told her from what I read myself , it is not ilegal as of now in the state of ct a 16 year old , and older is legal in the state of ct to date / have sexual contact with a man over the age of 18, but its 2006 all the laws i see are 2005 and older is this still true? thanks for any input my friend would really appreciate it, because i dont kno if the rules have changed i dont kno where to look

Vomit

So since yesterday, I have been throwing up food. It isn't actually throw up. It's more like my stomach expelled whatever it is I ate in small amounts.
Yesterday, I had a Cosmopolitan and I started throwing that up in my mouth. It was just like saliva came up, anyhow I just swallowed it back down because it was only a few drops.
Today, I drank hot chocolate and while I was drinking, it came up again. This time I took it into my mouth and it had small pieces of food mixed in with it.
This doesn't feel -quite- as disgusting as the throwing-up-in-my-mouth but it's not normal. Does anyone have any idea about what's causing this, if it's serious and what can I do to make it go away?

Hair Colour

I am East India so my hair is very very dark. A few months ago, I streaked it copper. I want to try to temporarily change my hair colour (I'm partial to reds) but I'm not sure if it will show. I used a red Colourpulse last time but it tinted my -highlights- redder (just by a bit, though) and I want a more dramatic colour.
Usually, at the side of temporary colour boxes, there is a sample of before/after hair and the darkest shade sampled is "dark brown" which isn't really dark brown, it's more light brown if anything.
Is there a shade in Colourpulse, Colourflirt, or any other dye that washed out in 8-12 shampoos that I can use? Is there any technique that will make the shade deeper?

Backwards Dance.

At my school, we have this dance where the girls ask the guys (hence the backwards part). I have a few guy friends that I'm thinking of asking, but I don't know how to ask them. Girls, if you could share how you asked a guy out (or to a dance), and guys, if you could share how you'd like to be asked, that would be great. Also, none of these guys are romantically involved with me in any way. Also, if you can think of cute ways to do my hair or other dance tips/tricks (i've never been to a dance, really.) then I'd really appreciate it. There's this girl that I dated almost before kind of. She really likes me but I dont like her. I really like this other girl. Im not sure if she likes me though. I keep thinking about her though. Yet this all is confusing but I told both of them that I was gay. Which I thought I was for along time.Yet now I think that I really like the girl. I dont know even know what to say to either of them. What do you think I should say to both of them? I really need some advice.

As all great stories begin, mine starts the same way... There's this girl. Well anyway there's this girl I work with that I like but I know I can't have. She's really beautiful and cool, so I'm not suprised that she has a great bf that she absolutely loves. They live together and all, so I know I have pretty much zero chance with her. I guess I just like her most b/c she's cool. I guess my question is not "How can I be a homewrecker or How can I be a knight in shining armor?" Dry Skin on Face

yeaa my skin is freaking out on me. what's the best cleanser / treatment for acne.
and what's the best frizz fighter i can get that won't grease my roots like crazy?
i'm trying to stick to an under $20 budget per item here's but if you swear by it, i'll pay more.

There is this guy that I really like, and I think he may like me too, but my shyness is holding me back. I don't have any classes with him, so it's hard to just start up a casual conversation without sounding stupid. And none of my friends are his friends, so it isn't like I could casually join into a conversation. I wrote him a note once, but I didn't even have the guts to hand it to him myself, so I had my friend do it. I think Nick would like me more if I could show him that I'm not afraid to talk to him. I'm not really "afraid" of talking to him. I guess i'm just very nervous of what might happen because of it. (Like me sounding like a total dork) Any tips or anything...? lol, thanks!

I am 13 and a girl who's bestfriend in danger. This is how it goes. Well before my friend and I went into this big show thing called "CaSPA". It's when all these different school's from one surburb do one big show together. Then my friend saw this boy and "Fell in love" with him. She became obsessed with him and got a hold of his email address(or so she clams). She's been talking to him on msn and wants to skip school just to meet him. Not only does he leave way far away but how do you know if it really is his email address? It could be some desperate nerd who's 45 and still living with there mother who works at a video store and thinks there a wizard or a cereal killer. I mean it's the internet it's got it's reputation ...
