I broke down during an important interview

I was being interviewed cause I applied for peer counseling. First, I felt uncomfortable because I was being glared at. It was all a blur. When they asked about my brother I said that right now he is in Iraq then they asked me if I was scared of something bad happening to him. and all of a sudden all of these bad thoughts of something bad happening to him pourred into my head and I just started breaking down and I cried. Because of what I did I felt that I failed my interview and I feel stupid and horrible at the same time. and when they asked why I was crying I just said that I was really nervous. Now the people in peer counseling are talking behind my back and are saying all of this shit about me. How can I deal with all of this?

hair loss

I've been losing alot of hair lately, mainly when I take a shower/bath there is a large amount of hair on top of the drain and when ever I run my hand though my hair there is always a few strands.
so I was wondering if its because of bad nutrition, dying my hair, or from straighting it.
I've died my hair many times before just this time its black. So maybe I'm just seeing all the hair now because its black and not the light brown it was before.
I'm vegan so I know I don't get enough calcium or protein ( I take a multivitamin for everything else ).
So could my hair loss be because of either those three things or some other reason?

My freind is on an un-healthy diet. She hasn't told my freinds and I but at lunch she only eats and apple AND she on this website she said she was on a diet. We are worried that she is not eating much. What should we say to her? Should we talk to her?

I have this friend who is overweight. She asked a question to me on this website about how to loose weight. The main thing was, she said that her freinds (me and my 2 BFs) always talk about her weight and it hurts her and how should she bring it up with them. Well, I found out it was her. The thing is, we have NEVER EVER EVER talked about her weight. We all knew she was bigger but... well we are going to talk to her about it. What should we say? She said she felt like that had to wear bikinis cause my freind and I did. Basically, what should we say to her?

Hey im 13f and it seems everyone has a boyfriend of girlfriend but me. It's really starting to bother me lately because ive liked this guy for over a year and he's known about it but doesnt do anything. I want to get over him and try and move on and meet a new guy, but its kind of hard because i get really shy and are extremely afraid of rejection. So really my questions are how to get over this guy and how to get to know new ones

Okay, well i dont have a bad home and im not severely depressed but i get upset easily and sometimes i do feel depressed. Last night i cut myself 4 the first time...do i need help..am i crazy...i cant tell my parents....what should i do?

my name is Rachel and iam 16 years old and my Granny is always telling me that iam to fat for my own good and is always telling me that I need to lose weight and iam getting sick of it and she also talks really bad about my mom and it's begining to really hurt my feelings and I've tried talking to her,but she just won't listen.Granny also has really low blood just becouse she's cold in 90 degree weather she thinks that I should be cold to she makes me cover up with 2 blankets and turn on the heater on 80 degrees so iam boiling i've tried telling her it's to hot for the heater,but i'll cover up with 1 blanket,but she won't listen what should I do?

hii well im in this fashon show but im afraid because i have to go down the runway with my friend modeling dresses but im afraid because she is shorter and skinier than i am and she has a cute short dress but i have to wear a long gown. I dont want to feel compared to her and im afraid ill look stupid. i feel like a perfectionist and dont want to look worse than her. like i said, shes shorter and skinnier maybe even prettier and i know this sounds bad but if one of us looks worse than the other i want it to be her. im so messed up right now i just need help and il rate 5s easy! please help thanks !xoxo

last night after dinner my mom told me that she had something to tell me. she told me that she gave birth to me and my identicle twin sister. she told me that she couldnt keep oth of us because she was only 18. she didnt want to give both of us up. so she put my tiwn up for adoption before she was even born. i never knew about this only my mom and my grandma knew. they didnt want to brag about it to anyone. my dad knows about it also(my biological dad, he stayed with my mom through everthing and now theyre married!) so my mom told me that the couple that adopted my twin sister had died in a car accident and my mom was notified. and in their will they didnt give my twin to anyone. all it said was ask jennifer who she wants to live w...

I am going to a wedding at 11am this Saturday. I am worried the outfit I picked out is more for an evening wedding. Can I get some opinions?
