if your pee is really yellow does that mean you dont have enough to drink, or is it the other way around?

Yes, you might be dehydrated, but you also might be getting a lot of vitamins (getting more than enough water-soluble vitamins tends to make pee darker as your body gets rid of excess), or just holding your pee in long enough for it to get concentrated. As long as yellow is the only color your pee is besides clear, it's nothing of major concern.

It means that you don't have a lot of fluids (water) in your system. It's best when it's clear, when you have drank a lot of water. Lol.

i believe the yellower it is the more of either a colored beverage with nutrients or food you have had. like if you just drink tons of water it tends to be clearer. i dont think it has much to do with how much you need by color alone but i would say the darker it is the more you have had

When your urine is dark and a little bit it means you need to drink more water and that your urine is not gettin enough water to concentrate. I'm sure you drink juices and softdrinks so instead replace 1 or 2 with water.
