Check the invitation. If it says "casual", "dress casual", or even "cocktail attire" (although if that's the case I'd recommend something more formal) then it's OK. TurrrrrrtleMolly answered Wednesday March 22 2006, 11:46 pm: I agree with below advice. What I would do is take that top and get a skirt that is lower than knee highth. Morning is not-so-formal but formal enough... kinda like "medium" formal. Nights are really formal. Thats a cute top btw!

I'm not sure how formal the wedding will be so this may be OK, but ask someone that you know is going wether they think you should wear a dress or not.
