I freeze up and have nothing to say during good conversations between other people. I really liek to talk a lot at home and with my friends. At school it seems liek i dnt say anything. And if i say something wrong ill get labeled fo rit. I want to Be Cool and likeable but also mysef at the same time. How can I become myself, say the right things,and be a good conversationalist?

The girl with loads of confidence seem to have it all. All the gilrs want to be "her" and all the guys want to date her. The girl that gets good grades and a varsity ahlete. My question is how does she reach the level of complete control over her own life-the confidence-likeable personality.Where does it all come from? my goal is to become her but a better version "me" without being completely fake. it woul dmean the worl to me if I had advicenators to help me out. anxiety controls me

Aleast 30 min after lying down in bed anxiety takes control of me. The "what ifs" or negative thoughts fill my head. Tears start streaing down my face. No matter how hard I try to stop crying my eyes still fill with water. Positive thoughts try to gain control but the negative, insecure ones take over as if its supposed to be that way. My past comes back to me again the good and bad memories, but mostly the bad. Telling myself I cant dwell on my past-focus on present.I still feel liek i must cry to feel better. Not knowing why I cry at night for the smallest reasons really bugs me. I want to put an end to this all. phishing?

ok i keep getting these emails from Chase saying my chase bank account has been violated...the only problem is I dont have a chase bank account. Im not even old enough to have a bank account! IM 13! I suspect phishing becuase I got like 6 emails from them at the same time once saying someone tried to acsess my account, and then the first one I got from them saying my account has been violated, they spelled "been" wrong. I have yahoo, and i flagged all the emails I got. What else can I do? I have gotten a phishing email before, from someone claiming to be from eBay. ♥♥&heart;s

i have an iMAC. i also have iPhoto and thats where i keep all my pictures. i used to have this brightness thing where i could drag this button and it would change it to darker or lighter. one day it just went away! how can i get it back

Boyfriend went away

My boyfriend went away and I'm not that kind of person to just sit around and wait. I met someone I use to like and still like and he still likes me. I now go with the other boy and don't know what to do. I feel really bad but...I need advice and thoughts on what I should do.

2006 Jeep Liberty

Hey... My parents just bought me a 2006 Jeep Liberty, 3.7 liter V6. I have been searching Jeep forums and reading a ton! I can't figure why i cant spin out the back tires (Yes its Rear wheel Drive..) I'm wondering if it has a governor chip or something to do with the computer system in the truck... PLEASE HELP ME!!

My room is very plain.
let me give yu an idea what it looks like
blue walls, wood floor a larg wodden cabinet for my tv and computor, a pretty good size book shelf. wooden drawers for my cloths and 2 plastic drawers. Also I have a boxing bag. I get really depressed in my room because it seeems so depressing to me
what can I do to my room to make it look nicer and happyer?

okay i know this question has been asked a million times and i get the same answer: crunches, but it doesnt work so here:
i want to lose my lower stomach fat and i have tried exercises like crunches, situps and walking. what are some really good exercises or something i could do to get that lower stomach to be flat? it gets annoying because i cant wear shirts that show a little belly and such, so does anyone know anything/exercises i could do that you know will DEFINETLY work? please help because i have been trying to get my stomach to be flat but it never happens and i have waited for like months. and please dont say crunches or running, ive tried those and dont work well.. thanks ill rate high

okay well we have a spanish project do and like we can make up our own or use like a cartoon and i wanted to do the flinstones but there is not grandparents and there has to be kinda a lot so you can make 10 sentances but i cant think of anything else. could you please name some disney families and the names of the cartoons in them? ill rate all 5s.
