I'm a guy and I take notice to girls that show their shape but not all of it.

Examples
-Don't wear real tight pants but don't wear big baggy ones either.
-Don't wear shirts that show all of your brests but don't wear shirts that are big and loose.

Following this old advice:

Dress so they see you're a woman, but know you're a lady.

Basically, dress in clothes that fit and flatter you, but leave things to the imagination. Do wear skirts, don't wear microminis. Do wear make up, don't use insane amounts of it. Above all, wear what you feel comfortable in and what represents you. Then those attracted to you will be be getting a better picture of what they'll be getting once they get to know you.

Well, any guy who won't notice you unless you're dressed like a slut isn't worth your time really =]

To get noticed (and not for the wrong reasons) just change your style a little! Or get a couple new pieces and incorporate them into the wardrobe you already love. Another good way to attract attention would be to change your hairstyle, whether it's getting a few subtle highlights (which always looks really pretty and enhances the color you already have) or chopping it short, dyeing it pink, and spiking it (which is the typical crazy, rebellious teenager stereotype route, but would probably look pretty awesome)

But above all, don't change yourself to get somebody to like you. I know I'm stealing this from someone famous, but it's better to be hated for who you are then loved for who you're not.

Not saying you do, because i obviously don't know you, wear more clothes that show less skin, obviously don't make things always so sexual, cut down on doing sexual things, (not kissing but stuff like at "3rd base" or "home"). All things along those lines.

And as for looking more pretty, wear make-up (not too much though, enough to look semi-natural even with the make-up on). Maybe wear some new clothing styles., a new hair cut. Try new things.
