Its been over 3 yrs...

This is gonna be long and I apologize for that but I appreciate anyone who takes the time to read and answer. Im 21/f and I have been with my girlfriend for over 2 yrs now. Im happy with her and we have an apartment together and dogs so obviously its a serious relationship. The problem is Im still not totally over my ex boyfriend who I broke up with over close to 4 yrs ago.
Let me give a little background. He was like my first true love and he was a great boyfriend. I was like his princess. He loved me more than I could even explain and was always there for me no matter what. When me and him broke up, we were together for over 3 yrs and I broke up with him for another guy. After we broke up we still talked for about 6 months...

Hey!
So yesterday i randomly friend requested this guy who is friends with my guy friend because i thought he was really cute lol and he seemed familiar. turns out we know eachother through some people and I have met him like once (but i dont really remember haha)
anyways we talked over messaging for like 2 hours and he seems really cool. I know this is a stretch but i maybe want to possibly go to prom with him or see if something happens (i know this probablly wont happen im not getting my hopes up) but i dont know if i should message him again tonight or wait? or how i should approach this?

i like this guy a lot. we talk almost every night on facebook and we talk a little in school. i flirt with him but im not exactly sure how to tell if a guy is interested or is flirting back. also my friend that sits in front of him in my class always turns around and flirts with him a lot. i dont want to tell her that i like him becuase im pretty sure that she likes him to and if she likes him as much as me then it wouldnt be fair to ask her to stop. i dont mind them talking but i never get jealous intill now. how can i tell if hes interested? also im really shy so i cant ask him who he likes or anything. i dont have that kind of confidence.

Oh my gosh. I have a majorly HUGE crush right now! Hes in 9th and im in 8th. But i see him every week day for 2 hours at practice. Then for another hour in the weight room after practice. I never really noticed him until my friend started talking to him. But apparently shes crushin on him too. He gives me butterflies soo much. Even if im nowhere around him! How do i hint to him that i like him without telling him? And how do i get over the butterflies?

Ok well there is this girl that i think i like but the problem is, one she is one of my friends ex's and two she is my ex's bestfriend. So i am completely lost. We have been spending more time together than we use to and idk if i like her or is it just one thing about her. But she is very beautiful, she is funny, and very fun to be around. And another problem is that we are both HUGE FLIRTS so like i am not sure if it is the best thing to do because we could ruin our friendship...

That said.
I mustered the courage to go talk to him today. I seem to have implied wrongly that we talk on a frequent casual basis which is utterly untrue... (unfortunately!).
With some effort today (considering the scarce unusual free time i had on my hand) I managed to look a little more attractive and "easy" to the eye... a little grown up so to speak. For some reason the only eyes that seem to turn are the eyes I don't want looking. I even mustered the courage to come up with a reason to go ask for information at the info desk where...

okey so theres this guys at my sschool and i liked him for a long time. & i told my friend who then told him but then i told the kid that i didnt like him. then i started to not like him, i dont know why. but i stopped. now that i stopped and he knows i dont like him anymore, he is talking to me more & like today he like stepped in front of me quickly to scare me. & im really confused b/c i thought he didnt like me. but at the beginning of the year he liked me i think b/c he flirted w/ me..... or at least it seemed like it so maybe he didnt like me. but my question is, i want him to like me. so how can i do it? i cant text him b/c when i do, he barely texts back in a way i can reply. bad texter i think. what flirty things can i ...

So theres this guy I recently met from my biblestudy group.
When I first met him he was really cute and was always looking at me,
But whenever I catch him he looks away.
When the group was over, He started talking to me, and asked me for my number, so I gave it to him and he texted me that very night.
I texted him back and we talked for a bit, he asked me if I was going to group next week and I told him I was, and he said great.

so i love hooking up and making out with my boyfriend, and the beginning part of the kiss is always great. but then when we get more into it, he stops moving his lips, sticks his tongue into my mouth and swirls it around like a windmill. it is really not pleasant for me...is there anyway to let him know i don't like that without straight-up telling/asking him?? i need help....

so me and my best friend started hanging out with my old flame from middle school about 2 months ago. she lives next door to him so thats why we all hung out together. we hung out in january and we didnt have much to say to eachother because we were both (me and the boy) really nervous, but we watched a movie. now, prom is coming up and he didnt know who to ask and my friend suggested me and he said he would like to take me because of like the history we have .. but he wants to hang out first to see if its weird .. soo on friday were hanging out .. me, my best friend, and him. and we wanna do something so we will have a lot to talk about, and so it wont be awkward. does anyone know what we can all do together & some topics we can talk ...

I know advicenators is starting to flood with all these love questions, (let alone long entries) and I always thought I would be the ONE exception. needless to say i am not. and i am quite an idiot (bare with me you'll see how ridicules my question is and agree with me)... and i am going to ask another dumb mind-numbing and empathy-absolving question... however, I am going to make a fool out of myself to be able to establish context (so this isn't going to be easy to write, again bare with me)....

Last year at this summer camp i go to (im 13/f) i fell for this coach at my camp. obviously i couldnt get up the guts to talk to him. but i made it pretty obvious that i liked him. when he smiled around me i collapsed once. anyways the last week of camp it was really awkward around him. i mean REALLY baddddd. i have to go back this year and since its been awhile since we've even seen each other im afraid it'll be worse.
any suggestions on how to deal with this ??

ok so ive been dating my boyfriend for about 10 months. he has always been a fan of smoking weed and so am i so it was never a big deal. but now he smokes every day and likes to smoke before everything he does. its not affecting our relationship because he is never high when we hang out alone, only when we hang out with his friends in which case i smoke too and we have a great time. but for some reason lately it has started to bother me a lot how frequently he smokes even though it doesnt affect me in any way. i want to tell him this but if i do i feel like he wont understand if its not affecting me in any way why its bothering me. i dont even know why it bothers me so much! im very confused.

so last night my bf for over 2 and a half years dumped me because he says he doesnt know what he wants and that hes not happy. and that he wants his old life back before he met me. He also told me him and his ex are good friends now and that he was hiding it from me. I've been crying ever since and have this feeling in my stomach that wont go away. I guess its what a broken heart feels like. He broke up with me on the phone but told me he wanted to wait until this weekend but i told him no. I really need some advice and help to how i can get over him faster and be happy again. Oh and if this feeling is a broken heart.

I met this girl through a mutual friend and we have been communicating online and texting (I don't move to her town until this summer). I know she likes me too. Her ex boyfriend assaulted some dude recently and actually got sentenced to 2 years in jail today. Also today, I see that they got back together. How can they be a relationship if he's going to jail? Would this potentially mean that I still have a shot with her? I'm hoping that maybe she is just freaking out about one of her best friends going to jail and said she'd get back together with him, but nothing will happen once she actually realizes that he'll be gone for 2 years.
